Well there is a Sandy Creek Golf Club in the Barossa Valley. For those that aren't from downunder it's our version of Napa Valley.

yeltzman, noticed you've just released a 24 version of Royal Troon. Added length and what else compared to the 145th Open version ?? Also, came across a Betfred Masters '24. What updates did you make at The Belfry ?? Thank you for the great work you do. Cheers

151st open are the pins from the event and the walkway added behind the 3rd-18th from Royal Liverpool plus a few changes nobody else would notice from the event . Previous version was before the event. Belfry are the pins from the 2023 event.10 under won the event i came up 2 shots short. Royal Tro0n 7 new tees and 3 new bunkers from the 145th version, plus some terrain changes looks nice on my new 4k tv.

On Royal Tro0n been waiting to see if there was going to be a new tee on the 9th,but in the end i found nothing, of course anymore changes will be added to the 152nd Open Championship after the event or in the next game hopefully.
The trouble with Tro0n with it being a banned name and the Lidar is from 2010-2011 way before the last event in 2016 it's hard to get it right, The 2016 course saver helps a lot just a shame the 2021-22 Scottish lidar data just missed the course same with some data with Turnberry.

Just played. Lost for words. Rekindled memories of my visit to The Open Championship in 2002 when Ernie Els triumphed over the x2 Aussies Appleby and Elkington (and Thomas Levet). Thanks again for all your wonderful Open courses.

Just on The Open Championship course rota. I love all of them. They each have their own unique character however I find Royal Troon the least interesting. Aside from no.8 it’s a bit meh compared to the others is it not ??

I played it in the early 70’s 😂

The Best Thing to study about Muirfield is the Routing in my eyes another one of those courses it's a different round each time you play, a maximum of 3 holes in a row the same wind direction, Glad you enjoyed it like i always say only design it for myself if others enjoy a great bonus.
On a side note it's when you play courses like this the default winds seem to work fine, but if you select a wind to play with at times does not seem to play correct.

Agreed 110%. The routing is the highlight and also the greens.

Yep i tend to agree with you on Troon, only maybe holes 7 to 12 you could call interesting, it would not surprise me if this was the last open at Troon. It should have been played in 2023 and it would have been 100 years since the first one there but of course was put back a year due to covid.
On the same note it's the same for me Royal Lytham a much better course than Royal Liverpool but due to crowd sizes Lytham not used any more on the rota. I play Lytham maybe 3 or 4 times a week, where it's once a month for Royal Liverpool.
Again thanks for the comments always apricated,No idea if anybody would have them would be great to put the 2002 pins from the event in game for you.

Royal Lytham is my favourite course in real life as well as computer golf, back in the 80’s when I was young and fit I played three rounds of golf in one day round there. First tee off at 6am came of the 18th after round three at 9:30 pm. 😂
