TST S8 - Week 41 - Scottish Championship

What an odd week of True Sim. Played the first two rounds even par (hello, quadruple bogey on hole 2 of round 2!), and played the last two at -17.

Fixed up my approaches for the final two rounds and nailed one from 186 yards for eagle in round 3-longest hole out this season for me. Round 4, on the par-5 9th I hit to two feet for eagle then bogeyed the next hole - the easy par-3 so on 11 I was still annoyed and made a bad approach. Had a 50 footer across the green a cup outside right and it tipped in from the right side for birdie. Longest birdie of the year too. Great week 63-68-63-62 - avoided a demo mark with that final round. Good luck at The Open!

I just can't get enough of living life on the edge.

-5, -4 to add to my -16 of first half for -25. Did the setup job needed on the front half of the week and nearly dropped the ball anyway, only 3 bogeys of the week all in round 3 on top of 8 birdies. And all I need is a couple of scores in round 4 and I then make myself wait until hole 7, proceeded to then finish all of my scoring on 12 and from there missed everything by slightest margins to go higher.

Should be good enough to secure my future in Palmer for another week so I can go through another round of the Demotion Derby and continue to solidify my legacy as the most undeserved player to be in that group, the tied group at -24 should keep my head afloat no matter what happens in the remaining hours and finalizing stages. And should I get the absolute kick in the nuts and find out I'm down to Hogan next week... well, so be it. Don't care to be perfectly honest, since I'd actually be competitive again and not trying to struggle to keep myself alive week in and week out.
