I see a cut line. Is that normally there? Don’t tend to look on the main site very often nowadays. Just wondered if it would affect the pulling of scores for Rounds 3 and 4.

Yeah, I was wondering if a cut line was put in by mistake.
As for this 2nd hole position in round 2? I had a splash from the green side bunker for my second shot. Made sure it was comfortably above the hole with what I thought was enough spin to stop it, it still rolled off the front. 3rd shot I chipped it about 3 feet above the hole and it started slowly rolling back right in line with the hole and I thought I'd saved par. But of course it somehow stopped about 3/4 inches above the hole. Of course it did!
Anyway, I had a good round otherwise so not going to complain too much! Good luck all with your rounds.

-6 second round. That second hole pin position is pretty bloody ridiculous if I'm honest. However, I beat the bastard thing. Tee shot rolled off the front, first chip with a pitching wedge got within about 3 feet and came back, so I thought stuff you you dungheap...went to 9 iron for take two and holed it for par. Take that!

Third round three straight pars, then three straight birdies 😀,then the bogeyman got me 😂. Birded the ninth to get back to minus three for the front nine 😃. Got two more nice birdies(could have been more),but finished bogey, bogey 😠. Some silly putting mistakes which loosed me down but that's the challenge of true sim 😁. Starting to see the beauty in the course.

Second hole cost me a bogey in the last round, which isn't too bad 😀 as it's the hardest hole on the course. Three birdies and one bogey on the front nine which for me is good golfing. One stupid bogey on the back nine along with two birdies made it another minus three round 😂. Had a few unlucky putts just missing the hole after some good reading of the greens, but that's golf 😀. Goodluck to everyone who have rounds to finish and great playing to the top leaders 👏👏.

After my (-22) 77th at the Canadian Open and my (-18) 102nd at the US Open I decided to hang up my TST clubs for the 100th time.
However, I dusted them off for a 101st time this week as I had a spare five minutes.
Played ok but putter poorly, adapting to new TV is my new excuse this week - kept leaving putts short! Other than the 2nd in round two - a questionable pin position turned a par-3 into a par-5 hole. I hit a ‘bogey’ six.
My two rounds the other weeks put me in the third tier. Let’s see how I fare. 63/66 to start.

Alright, 4 demo marks and no more room for a bad week unless I hit it big this week. Demo Derby against the Palmer flight, week 5. -7 round 1. Not great, room for better but mistakes left at home. If I'm going down this week, it might as well be thanks to that one hole and not playing like a dummy elsewhere. Then... that round. Initial expectation was that if I survive the hole with less than 9 strokes, that's good. Shot 1: nowhere close, bunker right. Shot 2, bunker splash: misses left and rolls down to the front. Shot 3, lob wedge splash, bit off powered but tons of front spin: inch perfect and in. Almost 2 shots up on the average player in the field, good news indeed! Then some lucky breaks here and there. Screwed something up on some hole with a lot of downhill to it, can't remember what hole that was but looking back I think it's the 8th. Messed up the drive and approach, even though I hit the green in regulation had 76 feet left and could skip the first putt. With 3 feet up and no good way of telling the break... yeah, thank you. Then had an eagle putt that went way too overpowered and off the green on the last par 5 I think? Chip it back in. -9 round 2, -16 at the half. Not going down without trying to fight against it first. Hopefully no more nasty surprises later in the week, nice try to get me demoted with that 2nd hole Frans but you couldn't stop me there yet! (please don't take that too seriously, I understand mistakes happen sometimes although I'm sure with your score there it was not an accident)Cheers, good luck!

My game was great through the U.S. Open but I have stumbled some since. Getting off to slow starts here in Scotland, I double bogeyed that 2nd hole Friday pin and it took until the 13th hole to get back to par - one questionable pin is nothing - I can't remember the last time we had one anyway - it's not so bad. 63-68 so far for me with some poor pitches and splashes and some great tee-green play otherwise. Hopefully by next week after this tourney I'm on top of my game again.
Oh geez, just checked and I'm 168th in greens so my approaches suck - the wind caught me a few times and how the back of greens fall away from the hole.

63/66/63/67 (-21) for the week. Looking to try and beat my 77th placed finish at the Canadian Open but don't think I will.
First week on Hogan flight, 6 behind leader going into last but my putter turned cold. Probably finish somewhere around 15th. See how it goes...

Bloody -5 final round. Must have had at least 10 putts that looked like they'd break either way but end up being dead straight. Infuriating!
