I was surprised at the low scoring in round one. My -9 had me pretty low down in Nicklaus Division but my -34 finish looks like it might fare pretty well. Round 3 was a hell of a test with those winds and my -7 (with a stinking double bogey) shot me up the board a little. I think a lot will depend on how everyone coped with the firm firm conditions in round 4 to see how my -9 stacks up.
I still think I'm on borrowed time in there but great fun trying to keep my head above water!
And, as others have said, thanks for all the effort you guys have put in to the new True Sim format. It has added a lot these last couple of weeks.

I'm 15 holes into round 3 and rage quit til tomorrow before I end up inadvertently smashing the controller. Apart from one of the very early exhibition events when the game first came out that's the most frustrating and unenjoyable round I've ever had.
Normally I don't have too much trouble with the wind but missed tempos put about 5 into the water, two of them on one bloody hole. Best to just do something else to wind down for the night methinks.

think I may have created a new TST record with 8 (EIGHT) water balls over the 4 rounds! Challenge reluctantly accepted with 3 dips in the first round. Round 1 was a struggle keeping my ball dry, -2 felt really good with all the swimming. Round 2 was dry and a hot flat stick, -9. Onward! Came up short of your mark Ben, but 5 trips in a tourney left me soggy. Round 3 had two more dunks but held it together for a nice -4. Round 4 was magical until I humphed the last, still quite happy with -7. Can I finish near the Hogan Heights at -22? Only time will tell. Onward!

The wind finally steadied the ship and allowed me to score my first three-putt-or-worse-free round. Should make up some shots on the field and maybe allow me to creep up the Palmer flight leaderboard…
Round 3: -10

Oh come on, who switched off the wind in round 4??? 😎
Obviously, the lack of wind ruined my chances to climb further up the ranks…
Round 4: -10
Total: -33

Finished the third round after waiting for ages for it to actually load for some reason. Ended up with a 74. Began the final round but only had time for 3 holes, started with two birdies and a par, I'll finish it off tonight after the footy, too much to do in the morning before my real golf.

Went in cold and the front 9 of round 3 showed it plus also some truly shocking course management from me, pulled it back a bit to save face with a 75 (+3). Round 4 much much better tee to green and course management and made the most of the easier scoring conditions with a fine 63 (-9) Putted well on pretty tricky greens this week but then 163 is my absolute green speed sweet spot . Giving it my all to get myself in a realistic flight so am taking these qualifying round seriously. My shots of the week was an impossible heavy rough LW partial uphill pitch in from 24 yards on hole 17 round 3, ball way above feet I could try that shot 100 times and not hole out it just landed in the right spot. Second shot of the week again an uphill heavy rough partial pitch on round 4 18th hole from 31 yards to a couple of feet, must of had good contact as I actually had spin on the ball. Really love this course and a good test this week, onwards to qualifying week 2.

Caught some of your final round earlier hammers1man great stuff. That front nine was incredible. Thanks Craig, bit of consistency with approach shots is what I need, as the short game is my strength pro difficulty does suit my game, just need to play more than 4 to 6 rounds a week lol. Anyway USE Master Tour brought me back down to earth big time after the 4th round here. Have you played Potomac Country Club?, I give you a challenge to break par with USE master settings Craig, we had a USE PC member hit 5 under and that's impressive as the course is very tough in any conditions. Maybe one for the TST schedule fransslabak

Think we're all gasping for the new game at this stage. Although these changes to TST have breathed a lot of life back into TGCT for me

Easily dead last in the Palmer this week, thanks to the last 2 rounds. I won't even mention the scores because those barely matter. Been having a rough stretch the last almost 24 hours and mentally exhausted so very little focus went into anything I did. I only played the rounds because no way I'm taking a withdraw and breaking my all season playing streak. At least I played last 9 holes okay and the best 9 holes that I did on this course all week at -3 (yikes). Too bad it took 27 holes to get there. The course never agreed with me, never gave me a decent bounce. Never gave me a putt. Tempo sucked. Water was found. Many times. Bogeys kamikaze striking my card. Worst I've played in a long, long time but let's take it to the chin and move on. Only way now is up. But it's probably still down because I now have an impossible task of removing 3 demo marks. Hogan flight, get ready to accept me as one of your own. It won't be a matter of if, only when now. Honestly, probably for the best for me. Must have been resting on my previous achievements to be a Palmer guy, my current form is much closer to the flight below. Cheers, and good luck!
