Wonder if there is anything extra in the Series S/X version to justify the extra £10?? Don't care it's the "new" (current gen), that doesn't mean your costs have increased if it's the same game version as the previous gen (Xbox One S/X). Likewise for PS5 Vs PS4 versions.

Based on pre-orders at Amazon, it's Oct 11 for the Deluxe edition ($99) and then Oct 14 for the Standard Edition ($69). There aren't a lot of back-of-the-box improvements such as new game modes or anything (we get Top Golf, yay), so hopefully they've done a bang-up job at making everything they have in 2K21 better. There was so much room for improvement. $99 is very expensive for any game.. Is this the glitch free version. If so I'm in. |

If they fix career mode, then I'm looking forward to this game.
If they don't fix career mode, I will be annoyed I have to waste 90 bucks on a game again.
Either way I'm buying it.

FIFA current gen is a different game from the last gen version you can't play against someone on PS4 if you are on the Ps5 version, it plays different and looks much better |

FIFA current gen is a different game from the last gen version you can't play against someone on PS4 if you are on the Ps5 version, it plays different and looks much better That's a good point and will be interesting to see whether 2k differentiate between versions in matchmaking actually. As for the improved visuals etc I still think it's an absolute joke they charge extra for that on the series versions. |

Seems 2K just set screw it after Amazon leaked it. 2K has now officially showed the cover on their own social media, and even Tiger himself shared out the covers. The proverbial cat is out of the bag now. I am actually surprised 2K didn't share out the info they are planning on announcing Monday once these pages leaked. But the Amazon product page listings are no longer available. |

I'm just excited for a new game, new learning curve, new courses by our designers, etc. I hope there are some graphical improvements, but not expecting them as there has been no talk of a new or updated engine being used. The new Unity engine is pretty awesome, so maybe the next game PGA Tour 2K25 will be looking awesome  I hope there are some nice improvements to career mode!! Would like to see the ability to keep your stats for numerous PGA seasons, like MLB The Show did...that was awesome!! It would be nice to see career earnings and career wins and trophies. I think we need to keep our expectations in check, be positive, and hope we still have TGCT |

These tweets and such aren't aimed at us here...this is for those who might never consider a golf game, but saw a tweet with their favorite rapper, musician, etc. in it. While I wouldn't say it's depressing, it is just a bit of a waste for all of us who are more interested in actual gameplay changes and course designer upgrades, etc. Honestly, I would expect this is a post related to the soundtrack or something, as ScHoolboy Q is a rapper who does like to play golf. |
