All done now I think. Looks like it'll be a laugh online like Wreckfest. Shame Wreckfest isn't cross platform. This may well fit nicely to get us all involved. I can make most evenings after about 7pm BST. Friday/Saturday evenings would be best for me (no social life!!) We can try to manage weeknights, but weekends are better for time zone things I have sent a request to join the TBC Grind Legends Server I create in discord but here is a link to it are a few boys I don't have in discord as friends so let me know ! discord.gg/jfZTfyPrI’d certainly prefer weekends. Downloading game now, installed the Origin client, can now send friend requests through Origin All i need to race online with friends is Racenet and Origin? Carol and I raced last night. I am on Origin but not Racenet, at least for now. Apologies if this was answered after it was posted, wanted to answer before having to go back. Mornings are so hard! |

Also looks like RaceNet only shows the one console you play it on and not multiplatform for friends list for the challenges, it's still beta so maybe an update in the future Only for special events like the Weekly time trial according to what Charlie told me this morning. |

Question or two. One in the pic below the other is. What is best to do? Story or career. I spent a good deal of time doing GT Career but there seems to be no progression from one type of racing to another. Story mode, I think it's step 5 I'm kind of stuck on. Elimination. I keep getting cheap shotted by the AI and get eliminated. Will try again lowering the difficulty. Is it me or do the graphics look dated, like PS3 dated. Kind of looks like ass. Car sounds too. Just not what I would have expected. Not trying to come across as a complainer, just my overall opinion of those two things.  |

You can manage friends under the social tab, and also under player lobby at the bottom right of the screen I think.
Not sure which one is actually best to do, I play a little of both story and carreer so far.
Graphics looks great on my system, I've got V-sync off and everything on maximum graphics in the game advanced graphics setting, that gives me about 110fps in the benchmark. Sound is pretty good on most cars I think, except for electric cars of course but they sound wimpy in real life too  |

I went through every single tab over and over chasing that elusive pending invite. It was nowhere to be found or picked up. It's from yesterday so when I log in today I'll see if it's still there. Will have to revisit my graphic settings again. I did find a way to switch from TAA to SMAA anti aliasing via a config file which helped get rid of the blurriness. TAA is not to my taste. Too blurry. |

Have to agree with Tim about the visuals, do think GT7 looks a lot better and not so arcade in play. Still fun. Mind you, the old PS4 might not be able to keep up with all of your super duper PCs.
Had done the story up till about level 9 and some of the career and then found the race creator which gives access to all? of the tracks and cars , so now I can try and race the stuff I wanna race.
Had to start again as I got a blue error screen come up which corrupted the save data, so have had to start again.
So far been having fun with the Formula Ford lookalikes, the old Beetle and the Ginetta Gt .
I'm normally about for some race action most evenings, Saturday's and Sunday apart from the evening, Sunday roast with family 😋

Got home today, fired up the pc as i walked past the man cave and before i had time to kick the shoes off an invite to race popped up. Spent some quality time with Carol and Art on track and Discord. Saw Paul on occasion on track too. Good fun. Made a few coins. Even had Art register as a 'nemesis' in one race. Oops, sorry!!!! I blame lag Thanks for the races, must do it again |
