Spent some quality time with Carol and Art on track and Discord. I was playing some regular MP and discovered the menu to see which friends are online and it has a "hop in" option. I hopped into one race Art and Carol were doing. You hadn't started yet I guess. I chickened out and left. We were all sitting at the start where you pick your car and it showed Art editing session. (probably trying to boot me lol j/k) I left, felt weird just popping in like that. Like an uninvited guest at a funeral or something. lol ------------------ A vid of the AI rage quitting, or my rivals team mate taking one for the team. Out of the blue just veers left and into the wall Game is growing on me. Took some time getting used to the handling model and overall look but did a few hours today and enjoyed myself. Blew through a bunch of the story mode. Step 6. Beat Valentino Pizza Guy in the floaty smash up derby trucks can kiss my ass and I hope to never see that or anything like it again. Got into a MP session I just joined from the join session screen with 2 other guys, driving the Electric whatever it was. Fun driving those, one gear, no worry about shifting and grippy as hell. This session took me to a couple places I hadn't seen and they looked very nice. Will be setting up some custom runs around those tracks. /end natterings/ |

Got home today, fired up the pc as i walked past the man cave and before i had time to kick the shoes off an invite to race popped up. Spent some quality time with Carol and Art on track and Discord. Saw Paul on occasion on track too. Good fun. Made a few coins. Even had Art register as a 'nemesis' in one race. Oops, sorry!!!! I blame lag  Thanks for the races, must do it again Was a blast but Art had me racing all day and by the time I looked at the clock it was 5 pm still in my pj's and hubby to head home soon..... lol !! Now I can't be doing that every day, but sure as sherlock was fun. thetaffman I don't have enough energy for tonight but we will do soon! |

I was there Crazy Croc , but was running on the Dregs in the tank . Race director Art Vandelay must of known that, probably why he stuck me at the back for all the races. TimB I quite like the trucks especially when you're getting on the gas coming out of a corner and lifts the front wheel like a dog offering you his paw. Also tried the milk float , never knew Jaguar made them Will be on later, got grab a bite to eat and fit in a couple of rds of golf |

Good for me, and yes on Saturday as well. I be there Friday evening. Electricity permitting. Saturdays in and out, but good to go when in. |

Do you need to build up a collection (buy) of cars to race or is there always something available? Game supplies a loan car for online races if needed. |

I'm gokd for races most night from around 10:30pm UK time, except for Fridays as its Friday Night Alt Shot Shenanigans with the BoB crew Problem for me is that is about the time I’m heading for bed nowadays now I’m back in the office. That 6.30 alarm call hurts 🤣 I only get on when my wife and son get to bed, so 10-10:30 is about the earliest I can get on.. Most nights I'll be on till around 12:30am, go to bed, a bit of YouTube till 1am and sleep till I wake around 6:30am |

That run with Carol inflames47 and Marc Crazy Croc was so much fun, my laughing kept Mrs V awake in the next room! Forgot how funny The Croc is and Carol kept winning (when Marc was not tormenting me in the back of the pack). Paul sid snott and Tim TimB need to get into Discord, join the fun! Definitely want to do it again, only issue I have with it was server lag between 4 different far flung drivers. We were all in the races but sometimes not all were seen and some were not seen in the right placement until the end of the race. Most of the abnormalities seemed to be on my end, blame the HK crossover. Onward racers! |
