Can say that again, i'm as confused as a chameleon sitting on an M+M packet with all these accounts and stuff! |

Downloading game now, installed the Origin client, can now send friend requests through Origin All i need to race online with friends is Racenet and Origin? Only need to link EA account to steam .. racenet is for checking times against friends so fun to have. But to play you just need origin and we shall find you.. I have added you btw. racenet-beta.codemasters.com/profileLinking accounts is explained above in a previous post from me and charlie but you can check first to see if you have linked by going here myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index |

Yep because he posted his time from RaceNet. All very confusing for us old buggers with Origin, EA, RaceNet. More than my dilapidated brain can take Dilapidated, can't remember when last i heard that word. Must be from my childhood. Can say that again, i'm as confused as a chameleon sitting on an M+M packet with all these accounts and stuff! From my day job!! Hardly had time to try the game I've been that busy sorting out accounts. Still can't access RaceNet and EA Management from withing the game. Not a clue!! |

Thanks Carol, clicking on the second link in your post takes me to an EA thingy webpage which says CrazyCroc ea account is linked via Steam. I should be ok. Think i then went via that page to get an Origin profile website and then i got lost. And then i got an Origin client like Steam trying to find that EA page again  One just needs this client www.origin.com/swe/en-us/store/download if you got that and you are linked ( which you are) you don't need to do anything because when you start steam it will automatically connect to your Origin Acct |

All done now I think. Looks like it'll be a laugh online like Wreckfest. Shame Wreckfest isn't cross platform. This may well fit nicely to get us all involved. I can make most evenings after about 7pm BST. Friday/Saturday evenings would be best for me (no social life!!)

There is the EA APP available in Origin for a download, basically the same thing as Origin, but shows all your games etc. and a Download Manager. If you prefer that , you can only run one or the other not both. Not necessary but cleaner looking that origin IMO. Enough of this tonight. Once all sorted would love a game with ya 'all .. |

Just to say that at the moment I'm only on during the mornings as I am bedding in a new PC and making sure all the info that I want to keep from the old one in transfered over properly which will take me another 2 or 3 days. Then I can be more flexible with my times to play.
FYI I now have an i7 11th series processer with a 3060ti graphics card don't ask me all the tech stuff cause all I'll say is I paid £1600 for it.

Also looks like RaceNet only shows the one console you play it on and not multiplatform for friends list for the challenges, it's still beta so maybe an update in the future
