I played a course a while ago, like over a year ago, that had just some fantastic sheer rock work. There were massive scaling cliffs, in one spot I seem to recall a waterway with massive cliffs on either side with a flatiron stlye formation ion the middle. This along with some lesser scale sheer rocks along the side of some of the holes made this a real stunner... I wish I could remember what course it was! That said, does anyone have any examples of terrific rock work in this format—ie. cliffs and on-course large scale rock work. Looking for some inspiration for a plot I'm working through. Cheers. 🍸

Check out anything in the course list by Michael Conner. A.k.a. "babybull".
Guess he deleted his forum account. Idk.

Time, and effort, lots of time and effort, oversize, plant, spin, rotate, over and over and over, rinse and repeat.
Some courses to check out, weeping spruce, Zion national, Valdivian retreat, Pearl mountain 1&2, as mentioned above anything from baby bull, Eyak nature preserve etc. I hope this helps somewhat.

The absolute best courses out there for rock work:
Bandit Ridge, Old Tom's Ferry, Kukimbia Kwa Fisi - Reebdoog Oldstones, red rock gorge - BSPetty Weeping Spruce - Arctic Fury
Probably a few I'm missing, but those three guys are miles ahead of anyone else in this niche genre
