Master swing difficulty is actually not that hard with all aids on, on PC and PlayStation. We still have a totally unrealistic short game on pro and master. Just look at the stats on TST you will still have about 30 to 40 players each week with 100 percent scrambling stats which is so unrealistic (chip and awful splash shot mechanic). Unfortunately very few are interested in playing ultra sim settings on masters or even Pro settings. Arcade golf will always be for the masses and you'll get your crazy low scores on even TGCTOURS sim tour. Would love to see a real sim tour here but with the game being broken on xbox and the lack of interest for a truly challenging golf game it is just crazy dream. Tbh are we looking at lower scores here than Mario Golf, and I am not talking about the best players on the tours these are median numbers. "All Aids On" is simply a way to emphasize the physical joystick movement over analyzing/interpreting the lie/conditions. I prefer to emphasize the latter - at 63, my hands are not exactly steady as a surgeon's, LOL. So I use a bare minimum of assists - green grid and wind meter w/no mph. Actually, for me personally, putting on Master is my nemesis - full shots are not that exacting. But with the short, slower movement required it's tough for me to stay steady & straight. Tbh a firm push forward of the stick for partial pitch shots, the tempo is no different. It is all about learning the feel for the distance, I got up and down 4 times in my last round on USE Master Tour using partial pitch . People don't want to play the shot because it takes practice, splash is an arcade shot that uses little imagination. I remember when I first played 2K21 I just could not believe how much the shot ruins the short game. The game is just so easy to get up and down from 15 to 30 yards with that shot, why use any other shot when you have a get out of jail one. It is worse than the crappy flop from previous games and we have an even more dumbed down short game, short chipping is awful too and so easy to hole out. Anyway rant over this partial pitch was probably the best of the 4 up and downs.

I still play TGC settings with master swing and meter for putting. I participate in one society that has these options. Unfortunately, xbox vibration delay makes putting using TGC settings result in many reds. I typically shoot -3 to -7 in a round on most TGC approved courses. I would love to see a bracket with these settings. Like in the pga, some drives hook or slice and some approach shots end up in the bunker or rough. The short game does work but will frustrate you if you are not in rhythm. I find these settings much more competitive and realistic. The pro settings seem more like a putting contest. I recognize the pro settings have been great for membership so I get it. I would just like to see TGC add a bracket similar to the beer league. Since you mention 'vibration delay', I can ask what exactly is "realistic" about having your club vibrate in your hand to tell you it's time to start the downswing The most basic realism in golf is that YOU have to decide how far/hard/when to swing your own damn club. Vibration & meters are the most basic form of a crutch you can choose in the game.

That is a good point… I can go for no vibration…I don’t really use it all on the full swing.

That is a good point… I can go for no vibration…I don’t really use it all on the full swing. Tbh it benefits putting more than any shot. HB should of given societies the option to lock it off. Try full cam if you don't already use it for putting as it gives a much better view of the backstroke distance. It uses a slightly raised view.
