The Nordschliefe... Think that's how it's spelt... Is now available peeps, just dien a couple of laps to get my eye back ... With it being a 9 minute lap, only a couple of laps after 2 rounds of golf. The peeps at Forza are perplexing. They mentioned one fix at Daytona with floating pit crews but no mention of the blocked pit lane track re-entry to the sport car track. Daytona is only good for rivals. They have so much work left before this a top quality product. Have you ever done a race at Homestead around the Oval. When you return from pits they throw you on the track a with your car teetering out of control. I swear they only worked on they game for a year after not doing anything for 5 years. I still play it but not as often as I would like because of horrible stupid issues.

As in you can’t actually get back on track?! 😂 I agree with all of this. It’s all so very nearly there and is a joy to play but the amount of really stupid issues point to development hell and a last minute scramble. All that said though, I have 120 hours on it since September and it’s rare I’ll play a game for that long. It has something going for it amongst all the madness lol

I just discovered that you can skip the lap if you dirty it up in rivals. Puts you in a flying lap just before the start. After hitting the wall at Nords I start buttoned and was going to just rage quit until I saw the skip lap feature.
New, or just never noticed it before?

These are the things that really take away from the experience. Also, this week is the Daytona 500, you would think they would have added Nascar to the game.

I also discovered it by mistake a few months back. I believe it was there from the start.

But the brake jammers for no reason still exist. I have been patient with this game only because it's part of game pass and I only paid $35 US for the deluxe upgrade but a month before release I plunked down $850 for seat and wheel. So I do feel a bit ripped off.

It’s the best racing game on console by a mile to play with wheel and pedals. I don’t have space in my new house for my rig but I really miss playing it. Edit: Or Dirt Rally 2 which is on Gamepass Edit Edit: Dammit Todd I’m going to install both those tonight and see if I can play them well on controller haha

It's so cheap. I may at some point or go back to Project Cars 2 which for the Old XBox was so much better than Forza Motorsport. It had a serious career and there was no stupid upgrade system. Tire changing and tuning was all you had. Also had tracks that were different from most race games. I need to find out first if it works with my wheel as they pulled it from store a cuple years ago. It sure looks like it works. PS I love the spotter. I will wait till nexts months update before I go back to this old game.

I got it on the Epic Store sale for about £18, I have seen it for £20 on EA's store yesterday. There are some epic and REALLY long stages in the game. Highly recommended👍

Supposedly the big fix is in today. Put in two hours the last 3 weeks in game. Hope this makes it worth the seat and wheel I spent $850 on back in September.

Went back to Project Cars 2 which is almost 7 years old and it blows away Forza. It's no longer available for sale and all of the DLC I had is no longer avalailable. I did get a 17 gig update along with the physical copy I installed. I used to have a bottom line Thrustmaster wheel and the original Xbox one which wasn't I ideal with PC 2's gameplay. The series X really unleashed it's potential. Game still supports Live racing also. Rally Cross racing and racing on snowy tracks is gonna be a blast.

Will see if I find it and jump on for a bit sometime. Really enjoyed PCars 2 . and then they utterly @!$#ed it in PCars 3 by removing pit stops, fuel, tyre degregation

Force Feedback on wheel feels a bit more legit than Forza. It also has 4 X the Circuits.
