Reading these posts and looking at the ROOKIES, who will be entering is quite daunting, but what the heck could be a good one for me first comp, nothing to lose and surely can only improve as a designer from the process Lot of big names hard to believe they have only been around 12 months or less |

I think I just may have to grip it and give it a whack...may not be a absolute masterpiece but at the very least I'll learn something from the feedback.

ErixonStoneI'd like to confirm something from the rules please. We ARE allowed to publish BETA versions of our course meant to solicit feedback along the way? I only ask because this is a in stark contrast to other TGCT design contests.

Think I messed up when setting up the forum so that contestants couldn't create WIP threads. Should hopefully be fixed now, but do let me know if that's still problematic.

ErixonStone should we put our WIPs in the Rookie Contest area or in the "Under Construction" area or both? I would prefer them to be here so this subforum livens up, but it doesn't really matter. Until recently, the subforum was locked and no one could create threads, so many WIP threads are in the general Under Construction forum. So, wherever you feel you'll get the most engagement, as part of this contest is to get that feedback to help you. |
