Holy albatross! This week's Masters course/set-up isn't for the faint of heart. I think rd 1 had 2 or 3 par 4's I couldn't reach in regulation. Can't believe I'm only +10? after 3 rds considering the difficulty and being on Xbox. Still 18 holes to go, so plenty of opportunities to have a complete meltdown. 😄 Enjoying the challenge, but I'll be glad when the 72nd hole is behind me! it's a lovely course but there was 1 hole I remember with a certain pin and it was on a hill at the front and you just kept rolling down I can only assume that's what's been fixed . 3 over 1st rd , 2nd rd was 2 under after 9 then had a terrible run of bogies to put me 3 over again so 6 over after 2rds , fair play to anyone who finishes under par on any platform especially xbox |

Par 3 13th in Masters event. My Phil Mickelson/Tony Romo moment. Not seeing this covered in the rules, I hit a splash shot from this location. I was expecting it to hit the rail and stay in the stands or go backwards, but it ended up in a greenside bunker off to the right.

-23 for me round St. Enodoc GC. Another fantastic course this. And a deceptively tricky one with some of those hole layouts and crosswinds. I actually went OB twice in round four because of an off-tempo swing and crosswind. You guys nail the course selection everytime. -23 is an awesome score this week Craig, very well played. St Enodoc is one of our member's paddyjk19 great RCRs with Mill Ride and Stoke Park and also Harleyford GC, Tyrell Hatton's home course which I came 3rd in my real life society tournament 3 years ago  . Unfortunately haven't seen Paddy about for a while, he actually ran our USE fictional society   I love the detail in his courses and the planting is superb. One of the most frustrating things about cross platform leaderboards is unless we are in the loop on every platform we can be in the dark how the leaderboard is playing. pollingpoints  Mr Longpole  Craig / Hendomedes  horusphoenix zzfr33b1rdzz  greyosprey . Any of you guys have time post up the Xbox 4 round leaderboard screenshot in the week, the one with all 4 rounds and I'll post a link to the multi platform leaderboard and keep it up to date. I'll always post up the final board, with making conditions for 2 societies as well as playing my rounds it's a lot. Plus, I post in the USE site rather than here, would you rather I post the board on this thread? |

You do a great job Jeff and I appreciate your work including posting up the final leaderboard and you are doing a great job with conditions. What I mean is if any of the Xboxers see a completed round could they post a screenshot or edit the scores into google sheets link. Just a way of giving everyone an idea how the scores are going. I am going to post up this week's 4 round leaderboard and I'll update the leaderboard as the scores come in. Looks like colly is first to the clubhouse this week in the Master Tour. |

Week 22: Cornwall Invitational Hendomedes wins by an impressive 10 strokes at Enodoc on -23. Toplight is 2nd on -13 and hammers1man a stroke further back on -12. Low round is a 60 (-8) in the 1st round by the champion.  USE Pro TourWeek 22: The Open SimChars1968 wins The Open by 12 strokes over GreyOsprey Low rounds 64 in Round 1 by GreyOsprey and 64 in round 2 from SimChars

Week 23 on the Master Tour we head to Scotland to Carnoustie which is regarded as the toughest course on the Open rota and one of the toughest in the world. With the toughest Scottish weather this links course will be a true test where par is a very good score. USE To The Linksland Rounds 1 & 2 Driver was really off but played some really good scrambling and putting to put up a good score. What I love about Master difficulty is that I actually feel like I have a driver in my hand when I am on the tee, also I hit my 3 wood a lot better in this game so it actually feels realistic to me. I might not be the best at this game but with my (tempo skill controller, platform etc) Master difficulty is so much more enjoyable than Pro as it just feels more like golf rather than most shots just going straight especially driver, which represents so little challenge off the tee on that skill level. Unfortunately Master still has the problem of super laser accurate short chip shots, tbh I don't get much satisfaction holing them out, which we should as chipping in is a great shot in real golf  |

Nearly always play poorly for our USE Open championship (my favourite tournament in real golf) but pretty chuffed how I played as my whole game was solid. Missed some really good chances to add to my round and some good scrambling late on and only dropped shot was on 18. Very challenging course and conditions so par is a good score, will walk to the press tent very happy with my opening round 68.

You just need to request to join that society in game and join our forum if you like ultra-sim-experience.proboards.com/ . Also the rules are no follow cam fixed cam only, splash shot only from sand, chip shot prohibited from sand ,no ghost balls/labels which I thinks covers all our major rules. I do remember your name from a while back Steelreign, just remember now shot shaper is actually allowed. If you watch my Twitch videos you'll get the idea how we play the game. Let me know which platform you sent your request to and I will accept. My |

Larry Malone's Sim idea that is still going after 3+ years and I don't actually know if any other society plays these rules so it is a unique experience on this game.
