I actually played and putted well but this a tough course and par is a good score.

Wasn't able to finish last week as I had a friend's funeral and last Saturday played my first golf irl since September at Princes funnily enough. I had a 4 society competition (15 men in each team) and my society won by 17 points, I can't remember hitting my driver so well and chipping so well with my sand wedge .Bit of a break from USE golf also and surprised that my game was pretty good. Played rounds 3 and 4 with @doowslrae41 and managed to stay ahead of him despite his fantastic back 9 in round 4.

Just want to thank yeltzman for creating this fantastic RCR, brings back great memories of the course, so much attention to detail and the feel is just so spot on.

Thanks for the Kind words it was my 3rd attempt at this course since tgc1 and tgc 2019 days because it had hosted the open wanted it for the Open collection series, With 27 holes being there was a shame its such a large Lidar file but Princes golf club liked it so in the end that's the main thing Again thanks for selecting one of my courses to play Just wish i could get you more players to play along with your group because i feel my courses play good Master and Legend setting.

Round 1 with Bpatrick (who's game is really improving) and Tuffguts. I never got going really putter was cold but pitching was very solid, level with @doowslrae41 after round 1.

Round 2, awful approach play but saved the 67 with a good scrambling game.

Played better round 3 and 4 but missed too many shortish birdie chances to compete with Simon this week. My game was better than the last few weeks though, finished -15 for the week.

Round 1 a real struggle as my game is a bit rusty just too many slow tempos, here's the video not great golf but a few good shots in there.



Round two, mental reminder to speed up my tempo. Irl I give myself a swing thought to slow my backswing to hit a better tempo. Best I have played for a long time, this is why I love this format as when your game is in the zone it feels good and a 62 (-10) is a very good score with USE settings.

Really enjoyed this test and USE golf on links so much fun , I played pretty well. My putter and especially LW pitch were on song, 2 hole out pitch shots in round one, 1 for eagle, 1 for birdie. The 11th pin in round 2 was just evil, cost me a triple bogey. good fight back on the back 9 round 2 though.
