And now presenting the Black course. Same stunning environment with more difficulty!

Heisenberg Ive played these course a few times just to make sure I fully appreciate it all. Sightlines, strategy, lighting, planting, planting, green complexes. Its one of your best for sure. A mix of Australian influences. Good luck in the comp, it will be hard to beat !

Really good job with this. I also went with an Australia inspired course for CC but I wont be topping this environment haha. I used partially buried kashmir trees for planting too and love the look of them, especially that really bushy one. #5 on the Blue course was one of the better looking holes I've seen in the game and also really liked #7 on Black. Good luck, I think you'll do well!

WhatAboutAmeobi - thanks for playing them both. Love your playthroughs as you know SirLeOssi - I enjoy making the edits almost as much as the course which is a worry . damay6977 - thanks for the play. Appreciate the feedback. indijesstion - thanks for the play. After I routed the course #5 was the first one I put together. Would be a fun hole IRL. I look forward to having a round on your Aussie inspired course too.

Well dude you have done it again. Absolutely stunning course, it looked amazing and played so good. Don't know what it is with your courses that makes me shoot well.😁

Played the black last night in some wind and shot well for me. Excellent course. The sculpting was bold but natural. Sight lines from up high were incredible seeing the whole property. Loved the ability to smash some risky drives down hill. I did however think this was the CC entry and thought it was quite challenging. Then realized blue was the entry. I’ll give that one a go today. You’ve inspired me to maybe give a 36 hole complex a try.
Great work and good luck! Not sure you’ll need it

I finally had some time to play these back to back the other day and man, what a great experience. My favourite part would probably be the fairway sculpting which created lots of really fun bouncing and rolling tee shots. The course is strategic and a little quirky in spots with just the right amount of chaos to keep you on your toes until the ball stopped. I managed to get an eagle on both tracks as well as spend a bit of time practicing my recovery skills in those beautifully crafted dunes. It's a shame only the blue course is in the contest because both courses compliment each other quite well. I hope you make it far in the contest, this is top tier quality work right here. It's amazing to see your progress in the last year and I look forward to seeing what you design next.

Avakrac - Thanks for playthrough. Damn solid rounds as always. FriendOfBillUU - Lol - yeah the black course is considerably more difficult and would fail miserably for a CC contest Thanks for play and taking the time to comment. I haven't had a round on Sabulo yet but the images look great. karma4u - Vic - the day you decide to stop doing your photography will be a sad day for our community. Thanks for those images and the 2nd one is definitely one the best I've seen of any of my courses. Appreciate it. Lifeonaboard - Thanks mate. I'd like to think my courses are improving as I go also. Appreciate the play, feedback and continued support.

Thanks much for that. Gotta say, I love that shot myself, but hey, there are so many on your courses it makes for an almost impossible decision as to which to post. Cheers.

Hey HB, Just finished my round around this beaut Blue Course. As usual, excellent work in really capturing the Aussie coastal dunes environment golf course. So pleasing to the eye. I liked the themed architecture of the clubhouse, units etc. around the course. Definitely Aussie style with formed concrete and steel. Nice to see you put some people around the clubhouse too. We have so little to work with to bring life to courses. Maybe one day...
Good luck for the comp mate

Just finished putting together a fun little short course here. It's a composite course and has 7 holes from the Blue course and 11 from the Black course (including a couple of new, temporary green sites). It's been put together for DAM society next season but if anyone wants to practice their short game, feel free to give it a run...... "Sattler Run Short Course".

What a great little composite, although depending on the winds, can still be as treacherous as the long course. I like the couple of drivable (conditions depending) par 4's sprinkled in and those greens are as hard to hold as ever. Lucky I had my friend Dr Chipinski along for quite a few holes. 53 footer on 11 was a good putt, with the Dr leaving me 4 inches from the hole on 12. My drive deserted me on the 16th and the Dr would not make a house call for a par. Loved the course and a great addition to close out the Sattler trilogy.

Congrats on this finishing so highly in the CC contest! Not to mention putting two courses that could contend for a lot of contests on the same plot. Very impressive.
