Congrats Matt! Knew it was gonna be tough to go up against Rascalwood! Thanks to all the judges and Benny/Charlie for putting on this contest, it was definitely a blast and I learned a ton!

Congratulations Matt - well deserved. Had your course right up there from the start. I have some people to thank: Firstly, mine and bennyk315's judging panel. TJ (TeeeJ9798) Joe (Joegolferg) Tyson (Trailducker) Jack (Mvpmanatee) Graeme (Graemevood) Eric (Honeybadgerhacker) Justin (15eicheltower9) Without you guys this contest would probably have been in shambles lol, I really appreciate you guys offering to judge! Secondly, thank you bennyk315 for allowing me to co-run this contest. It wouldn't have been a contest without his idea back in July. Lastly thanks to all the contestants for building courses for the contest! Back in July me and Ben were probably expecting maybe 10 courses tops, but thanks to the community's efforts we got over 20! This was a blast to help run, thanks to all of you! |

Finally got round to publishing the project that began life as what would have been my entry into this contest if anyone is interested in maybe getting some more of their Parkland kick!
Nettlestead Heath, originally inspired by Sunningdale and Walton Heath but ended up diverging from those courses relatively significantly, as you may well see!
Let me know what you think, I’ll create a thread over in Completed Courses soon!
