My entry has been published for the Parkland/Golden Age Design Contest. The course name is Kiefer Creek.
I’m working on getting pictures in a completed courses post, but probably not until Monday or Tuesday.
Thanks bennyk315 and CD06 for the contest! Without this contest, I never would have built Kiefer Creek and I would have missed out on a lot of fun. I had a great time learning more about golf course design and designing the course.
Thanks Again!

We've made it! Well done to all involved in this contest! It was great to participate in a contest for the very first time. I really loved creating The Bricks & Ivy Club, and have gotten a lot of enjoyment from checking out all the other submissions, too!
Good luck to everyone who entered!

Congratulations to everyone who published snd a lot of quality courses came out of this contest. Love seeing all the different designs and ideas and in my book each of you that published is a winner and clearly the community wins also.
Real life created the perfect storm of me not having enough time to complete my entry and rather than publishing another mostly done course, I decided to bow out gracefully. I will continue to work on the course and publish it when the time is right. No sense in wasting play throughs and time for all the other fantastic entries. Congratulations again and well done to all!

Thank you to everyone who participated. The number of entries really exceeded my expectations from when I first came up with the idea. Proves how great this community really is! Judging will begin soon!

Well done & good luck to everyone that has submitted. Very happy with my in game stats regardless of where I finish. "Larkhill Manor" has over 3,800 plays & is rated 4½ stars so it was well worth my time & effort. Thanks to Benny, Charlie & all the judges. As always with a well administered design contest it's the community who are the real winners.

Literally nobody cares how many plays your course has.

Well after almost four months of this contest being in existence I'm so proud of what me and Benny have created as well as being so proud of the community's efforts in creating all of the courses! I have to thank all of you contestants for your courses, I think it's safe to say the field was stronger than I expected going into this! Also big thanks to the panel of judges who agreed to help judge this one. We will be working on those results in the coming weeks and if all goes well, we will have a winner announced before the start of the dream team publish window! Lastly I have to thank Benny for allowing me to help run this thing. It wouldn't be a contest without his initial idea. Thank you all for your interest!

Gents - in particular Charlie and Benny.
Massive apologies for failing to get my course in before the deadline. I’ve worked incredibly hard on it since getting my new PC, capped off by pulling an all nighter to try to get it done. Unfortunately I was undone by a power cut towards the end of my session and hadn’t saved any time recently - this was completely gutting and deflated me to the point of giving up and going to bed.
Obviously completely my fault for leaving things so late and then also not being diligent with my saves, and I’ll try my very best to get it done as soon as possible anyway because I really do think this course is my finest work, and I’d have loved to see how I fared in the contest. I can’t apologise enough, I know how hard everyone works in contests and I haven’t pulled my weight here. Sorry all.

If you do keep working on it, please do let us know when you do finish and put it in this thread. Id be happy to give you some feedback and let you know where it would have finished in the contest.
