Read my post as to why this is not the optimal solution. I did - sounds overly dramatic. This is a golf video game. Not real life. Very true, but there is an old saying that I live by in my professional life. "Praise in public, discipline in private."

I'm no longer in that career. After making site director I decided that I did better working on my own, so I have started my own business where I'm the boss. Thanks tho. Excellent, good luck with that, it isn't easy. I hope it goes well. If you ever need a trainer/consultant/liasion for your support team, I'm here

The player in question was very surprising to me.. Glad to see there's no favoritism or leniency towards players that have been here since day one, not just day one here on TGCTours, but in the TGC community in general.

I can confirm that I have spoken to Julian Assange and he has given me the information/leak. Would I be allowed to post this information or would I get a smacked arse?

If it's 100% definite that they cheated they should be named and shamed imo, prob will get slated for saying that but why should they stay anonymous... You cheat... Get caught.... Take the punishment

Vijay Singh was named and shamed for cheating back in the day. Julian did tell me that it was a ban for cheating.

Take the punishment Sadly, nothing is 100% definite. The closest thing you get is with a judge, jury and trial and even then it is "beyond a reasonable doubt". Since we don't have a jury or a trial here, I'm fine with trusting the admins to make the right/logical choice. Just remember, we all WANT to know. That is much different from DESERVE or have a RIGHT to know. In the end, we pay no dues, make no real money here and this has no true effect on any of us other than to satisfy our curiosity.

I would bet 5k that this person cheated. Why else would you be stripped of a title?

And the Masters winner no less. This can not have been a easy decision, but it is nice to see that they (admins) have their integrity and have taken a stand. I cannot say I have registered anything special on the forum around this person, but who knows what has gone on behind the scene.
Not sure if this post is out of topic, if so, just delete it. This is really a snakes-nest anyway, as there is no explanations, other than pointing to a rule...

I don't understand why TGCT won't allow speculation after making an official announcement with this much vagueness. In real life, if the PGA tour made an announcement like this, you know how many questions the media (forum members) would be asking? Thats the job of the media, to speculate and ask questions, and in an unfortunate sense, thats what the forums are about too. I personally wouldn't have made an official announcement until the TGCT had all their hens in a row and were ready respond to all the speculation and questions.
By making an official statement like this, not naming the offender, and the exact detailed reasons why there was a season long ban, adds fuel to the speculation and questioning. They had to have known this. I could care less who it was, and the exact reason why, but all I'm saying is there shouldn't be a censorship of speculation and any certain questions geared towards the offender and exactly why he was banned. The PGA don't censor journalists for asking tough questions towards issues like this.

I'm sure answers will come in time. Cheating will never stop if that is the case. Some people need to get a life if they get their kicks cheating if that is all they live for. Set an example doing things the right way. We are all adults here just act like one. Before you do something say to yourself "Is this the right thing to do?" People have to have morals.
