Just to prove how bad I am at this game I thought I'd join Beer League. Failed to make the cut.. 186/210.
Too much time in the designer and not enough playing the game.

Its true that consistent playing helps fine tune your game. I was winning society tournaments, then spent the last few months designing. Now swinging way too fast, and struggling.

I need to spend more time in the designer as I have. 6 unfinished projects.
That being said I entered in my first tournament in CC-L last week and made the cut, right on the line at +4. Went on to finish third last but got paid.
This week I went -3 -7 to be tied for 11th and should make the cut easy. Getting used to no swing meters was a big change.
I now have them turned off for my play throughs as well, it’s helping.
