We have heard from everyone but pablo illinoisgator johnnyringo jjbuzzotta concerning next season. sandsaver01 To everyone...Our losses have been hard in numbers as well as quality D-bags. But, after all, it is just a video game and should be played to be enjoyed. I will miss all those not returning. The process of rebuilding is going to be tough and I will need your help with possible replacements. I will not be available next week due to my wife's surgery so any help will be appreciated. With two weeks left in the regular season, I am sure most are not ready for me to ask this question but here goes anyway. This season was torpedoed by the swing change and maybe our attempt to make two divisions. This league is about competition and getting to know each other a little more. Most of the time, it accomplishes that goal. The captains work hard to try to make the league as balanced as possible. I, along with some of you are struggling big time. A few have 'figured it out' and are playing as well as always. sid snott Paul has even played a little better since the swing change. With the fact that time is needed to fill the roster for next season, the admin needs to know if you plan on playing another season or not. This will give us time to find replacements for those not returning. I hope you all return, but will understand if you don't.

sandsaver01Worked on calibration this morning before my rounds in an attempt to figure this new swing mechanism out. Started with an ok bogey free -6 in the first round. Second round I was -2 through 5 then hole 6 struck where I got awful lag and a slow downswing put me right in the water for a double. Then a few holes later a fast tee shot put me in the water again and got a triple followed by a rage bogey. I went from hole 7-18 with 0 birdies and had my first over par round in I can’t remember how long. Finished +3 (sorry partner) to miss my first cut in forever. I’m on the verge of giving this game up but I reluctantly go on for the sake of my team...shot -10 and -12 the last 2 rounds...I have no idea what’s going on with this game 😂 -6, +3, -10, -12 = -25

Thanks Bill I agree with all Bill says above. I do hope we can get to 16 players as we had in Season 1, that way the scheduling is easier, with no divisions and every team playing each other twice. |

billybudd0623If I wasn't getting married I'd still play, but anticipating two or three weeks in July where it will be difficult. I've paid deposit now for the venue so too late to pull out

sandsaver01 bino819 2nd round -4 Better than the score indicates for match play. I had 7 birdies and a triple bogey(dunked my second shot in the drink) at 15. No bogies. My chipping, pitch and splash shots were as good as they have been in forever! Day 1 I had a +5 on hole 6 or 7, Day 2 I had a triple +3 on 15. That is +8 on two holes.  Take those two holes away and I would be tied for 3rd in my CC division.

sandsaver01After an encouraging -8 practice round, I basically par'd the course to death in the first two rounds. Rd 1: -5, one bad swing, one ball in water, two strokes lost Rd 2: +2, I was 5-over on two holes thanks to terrible tempo Just when I think I've got it, I don't got it
