sandsaver01 The new swing mechanics have gotten in my helmet. I used to use splash for everything, now I can't hit one 2 feet. I could spit the ball farther than that. Rd 3: E, didn't hit a fairway until #14, all red fast Rd 4: +8, took a max from a bunker on the front and rage played the rest. Ouch

Rd 3 -4. Happy to get a singles win for the team is this little Brit :-) Started with wet ball though on 3rd. Then a run of birds around the turn. Couple bogies pissed on me chips on 13 and 14 but birdied last two again. sandsaver01 |

sandsaver01 Round 3 (-2) Good news - no bogies. Bad news - 30 putts. Could not make a putt....must'a been the lighting on this course - looked like the Southern California fires in the horizon in late fall.
Round 4 (-6) Lots of birdies offset by lots of bogies....on to next week!

Ouch I certainly feel your pain Chuck, I still sometimes use a full splash shot, but once you touch the sliders fuggedaboudit! I have gone to partial pitches and flops which aren't totally reliable, but they don't screw you over like the two yard splash does. |

Would love to have you as the senior driver of the Inaugural Dirt Bags Pig Truck. I need the driver. Since the change I hear there are lots of people looking for a ride on the pig truck spanning the whole site and different leagues. So with that in mind. I'll be buying a fleet of Pig trucks and will start to run shuttle to and from all the events in TGCTours world. |

Kudos to Luke J for his stellar rounds three and four, even if he did whup me good. I myself would NOT like to play this course all the time - it was OK, but the brown haze and low lighting were not cup of tea. Essentially every bad hole I had in these last two rounds was due to tempo issues. Even with multiple practice swings I still got them, and about half of the time I could not figure out what was different between a good and bad swing. Oh well it is what it is.  |

Rd 4 +6. Terrible as could not find any rhythm at all. Culminating in a triple on 17 when I could not splash up the bank. Oh well that spoilt what was going ok ( for me ) sandsaver01 |
