Week 3 is already here and it looks like some teams are starting to separate themselves from the pack. This is the last week before the big double point major. Hoping for help needs very little help as OldManGaming606 says nerf the game all you want it don't phase me. While the rest of the society wants 2k to also nerf OldManGaming606 lol. This week we continue our tour thru the northwest as we head to the Great treasure state aka Montana. Koop has planned some trout fishing trips for us. However, all I need to know is that I'm faster than at least 1 of you in case the grizzly bears show up. Lol. Also, while we are here we will visit the Bighorn Battlefield site. The history buffs will love it while the rest are making sure moneyman273 doesn't try to shoot the cannons. Lol. Now on to the golf. This should be a nice relaxed scoring week unless 2k nerfs it where you can't even swing the club anymore. That's about all they have left to nerf. Lol This weeks course is at Bighorn Glen Golf Club which is a par 71 playing approx 7200 yds. Even know the golf will be ugly for some (cough cough) assassinashur. The scenery and wildlife will be nice for those who are 12 beers deep by hole 4. Round 1 after some rain passed thru the day before we have soft conditions on the course and a perfect spring breeze from the southeast. Pair all that with some easy pins and fire away boys. Round 2 is another beautiful day with even lighter winds still blowing from the south but the course will play a bit firmer. Go get them birds this week before the going gets tough next week. Good luck and have fun. |

I put a request to join in. Hoping to have a team ready for Season 2 if there is going to be one. Awesome!! I'll get that accepted once I get home from baseball practice with my son. We are planning to have a 2nd season as of now. I know several people are close to writing off the game even some admins, but I'm hopeful we can find the enjoyment of this society of just spending 2 rounds a week playing with our teams. Also season 2 may be different as far as teams but we will see how the updates change things. Feel free to play as it will help us for next season to get an average for you. Also a spot may open up with the changes. |

I am back off the edge. Figured I was swinging for perfect anyway, so just continued. Takes a little more concentration, but can be done. I have rounds in double +, but have also scored under, so I am optimistic that after a few weeks we'll be back on track.

But, after searching, I was able to confirm and join and am in. But, I seem to have to search for it each time I want to enter. Weird. |

I'm proud of the optimism guys! While we will all improve though, competing with the other consoles is dead in the current form of the game. But that's fine though, we have our societies and we can continue to shoot better under the new parameters. |

Honestly though Dan, tell me when we were truly and fairly ever competing with the other consoles. The bottom line for me is I can only control what I do. So I’ll try to beat the course. |
