So I'm going to take a leaf out of the genius book of digsb and make a little change to #BobWatch. This will still be a celebration of BOB successes on TGCTours, but going forward I'm going to name a BOB Tours Player of the Week. I'll leave the comedy to Digs because he's much better at it. So who takes the first BTPOW award? A number of contenders again this week. subtlebees has scored his fifth top 5 of the season in Platinum as well as runner up in TrueSim. Close but no cigar! xEB50x has qualified for this week's US Open. BillySastard976 is also going to be playing the US Open after promoting out of Elite with a T4. stunningdave was sitting on 3 red marks in Kinetic last week, this week he's going to be playing with 2 green ones after a T6. Looking good to be joining an ever growing group of BOB players in Elite very soon! longpole about to get his first ever taste of the Pro Tours after a T3 in CCA. TREVOR BLEEDIN SCOTT continues to wind us up, what is it with that guy?? thetaffman with another promotion, this time out of CCH with a T4. All worthy contenders, but there can be only one winner of the first BTPOW award. A man, a myth, a legend. Fathered more children than Boris Johnson. He's been playing these tours since 2015 and never taken a win. 171 tournaments. Some might say he really should have given up years ago, but he stuck with it and his perseverance paid off. Thank you Jaime, it's an Honor to take home the very first BTPOW Award. I would like to thank my sponsors, Razer Co. for providing me "The Wolverine" and taking a shot on a Mediocre Middle Aged Man Child who has been playing and loving digital pixel golf since the age of 10 but has never won anything. I would also like to thank The Coors Brewing Co. for keeping my swing well lubed and my mindset relaxed enough to make some occasional great shots out there. Most importantly I would like to thank my Squad (The CUCC, B.O.B. Community) for all the great competitive rounds and matches over the years and the support that has made me a bit better than I used to be. I used half a box of tissues reading this, which is only 50% of what Giraffe72 uses after playing an Arctic Fury course or any course with great fence usage. LOLLING!!!!! |

Don't say that I STB by going from -5 to -1 in the 2nd round because you guys don't have the left stick reach problem. I've also been sick and didn't know it and am still recovering now. I came down with idiopathic acute pancreatitis and spent Friday night am in the ER.

Thinking more, I'm not sure if I spending time trying to make fast swings perfect in tournaments because I'm in my own head or something else. It feels like I never know how much range of motion I will have in my thumb when I swing. So I try to take perfect swings with no backswing or in alternative, no downswing and blow leads like this week. I tend to tighten up and always blow my 1st round lead in the 2nd round trying to over control my swings. It is also a factor that these low light rounds like round two in CC this week slow down my swing by making the graphics work harder and I am not the only person who has said this before. If I do make the cut with a -1 I did finish the tourney -10.
