All this advise including what I provided was great. All of that can get where you need to be to score. Then there is the putting which is my biggest adversary. I hit 82% fairways and 78% greens in round 3 and missed 3 putts inside 10 feet with a lip out or a bad pull and continued my long putting mastery to an outstanding 2 for 33. About halfway through this round I was in my head so bad it was a lost cause. Bingo. That's in my advanced course. LOL. For the tourney, my FW% was 67%, my GIR was 55%, but I made 41% of my long puts (14-30), I had zero three putts. If you ghost me, you'll say geez, he is all over the place, how in the hell is he scoring? Some strategy, some luck and some good putting.

The other thing I'd point out is too many people think that because this is video golf that they have a right to take driver off every tee and aim straight at every pin, and then wonder why they make make bogey or worse. This course in particular was one where a lot of the time you were much better off missing on the right side and leaving 15/20 feet, rather than going at it, just missing and and leaving 60 feet. Play golf shots! You'll often hear the Pros talking about where their good miss is. This game is no different. I'm actually really enjoying it on Pro now. Good tempo is still not a gimme (as my scores will testify) and actually it's even brought the long miss back in to play with the grey fast. I was playing about 6 rounds a week plus Fridays which I think is why my consistency has suffered. This BOB season has motivated me to play in a few more societies to try and up my game a bit. The course is ultra tough this week but mostly it played very fair. One or two naughty pins but it's the same for all of us. Don't miss on the wrong side! One pin though, was it 5 in round 2? 187 greens, pin on this tiny little shelf right in the back right corner of the green with everything sloping back down. There is no good miss on that one! 😬😂 I am on Pro now for 3 days and agree it's not as easy as I thought. I've yet to make worse than a par in any rounds but now I feel I am playing to keep that streak alive. Kinda funny. I have in my society Friendbombers's version of Pebble Beach going today and owenayy and you lit it up. I was 4 under through 13 and went nutso the last 5 holes to finish -9. Not good enough but I was beginning to feel embarassed buy my showing.

I find or it feels like I almost have to push the right stick to the left a bit in order to stay on a straight line. Anyone else feel that way? I think I’m a decent putter but have to truly focus and not just quickly get up there and hit it.

Well I get in a habit of not holding my controller straight. if you look at my controller when I am playing the controller is canted a bit to the left so that the lighted Xbox symbol is actually pointing towards probably 11 or 11:30 instead of straight up and down. I could fix it with a lot of focus I guess, but I've just adjusted to it instead.

Dear Platoon Whiskey.....
After multiple puncture wounds to my heart, head, legs, and other extremities by the designer I finally bled out after four rounds at Caterfae at 8:54pmEST. If you happen to see bits and pieces of me scattered throughout the course, let it rot. Tell my wife and kids I bit off more than I could chew trying to tackle this painstaking course, I love them, and I will see them again one day. This side or the other.

Then a run of bogeys to take me back to even par I had to quit out with a couple holes to go just to save me from total darkness 🙃, I'll shall try again tomorrow, 🙂

It took me until about the 60th hole to get back there again! 🙈
