Can’t wait to see where you finished up with this. Congrats on getting it done and will leave some more comments once I’ve played through a few times.

This looks sooo good. I remember I sent you a photo of my inspiration in building the plot and watching you perfectly recreate that environment was a ton of fun. Can’t wait to play it tonight.

RJ stans, unite! All of these plot swap projects have produced winners. Excited to see what you did with what Thomas gave you.

This just... isn't fair! I have just come off of the course after my first 18 holes at this venue and there is zipper shrapnel all over my office, my desk is broken in several places, and I can't find the duct tape. I think I shot +2 or something, I don't know, and honestly don't even care. I was distracted in about 79 different ways while playing this course (all positive) because I was caught looking at so many things. My brain wasn't ready for this!

I came. I played...that made me came again...
One day I will grow up and be as carefree and brave as RJ is.... alas...my designer balls have not dropped.

Right, I'll post something after a few more rounds, but people need to know just how good this is and why.
Rob shared this plot with Thomas and I a couple of times in the process. We offered some thoughts and mostly loved his front nine. There were some holes I wouldn't have lost for anything, particularly a ridiculous 90 degree dogleg par five climbing beside the river. It was clear Rob wasn't happy though, I'd guess particularly with 2 and 3. I would have ripped them up, changed greensites, tees etc, but generally tried to make the routing work and stuck to the plan. It was a very, very good front nine.
I open the course up today, having not seen it for a couple of months. Rob ripped up 2-8 completely, rerouted entirely and turned a very good string of holes into an all-world front nine. That sort of vision and ability to change things dramatically is beyond impressive. Nobody else can do that.

Up there with Falling Water for me. Unreal work.

Well done! Loved all of it especially 9. All the holes were eye candy and seemed as if all were going downhill. Would love to know how you were able to do that with the routing if you don’t mind. Good job!
