Took a little trip down south to a resort amongst the strip mines. Decided I needed more bunkers and more free-flowing fairway surfacing if I wanted to make the flat course work.  |

The evolution of the 9th (formerly 6th) hole: Pete Dye phase:  Then, instead of being original, I just replaced the Dye bunkers with the new bunker style and left the concept as it was.  Left the hole like that ^ for a while, didn't feel like it begged to be worked on. Then I realized I hated it. Back to the drawing board. Finished product:  |
