Welcome! Obvious answer but true is practice practice practice and the more you play the better the muscle memory sticks when it comes to tempo. The more you play when you look at the beads on the green you automatically know how far to aim left or right within reason and just a case of adjusting depending on results which comes with practice. Watch Twitch streams of the top players here on the site and look in driving range thread for lots of tips. If your unsure of anything just ask here as all very helpful and encouraging. Try to relax when you play and don’t aim to high and try to have fun and not put too much pressure on yourself. Hope that helps a bit and I’m sure others will give you more advice.

Are there any particular areas you struggle with? Hitting fairways, hitting greens, putting, etc?

My main struggle is hitting the greens I either hit it to short or always hook it(fast).
I adjust for the hook but I just cant seem to able to Hit the Green

If hooking is a problem, that might mean a consistently fast downswing - try doing the swing calibration, that may help things a little.
If it’s the swing plane that’s the problem, that’s harder to fix - maybe try a different method of holding the controller / moving the stick.
If shots are falling short, that’s probably related to judgement of wind or upslope lies. Both have a bigger impact on the shorter clubs, so if you’re holding a wedge, make more allowance than you would do with a long iron.

If you really want to see the technical side of things, this site has far more than you would want. From what I can tell, he is not a premier player, but he does well. www.youtube.com/c/GamerAbilityIf you like YouTube but GA is too technical, you could look at ReSpawn's tutorials. He plays pretty well in the Platinum tour. www.youtube.com/c/RespawnTube

I have found that if I am struggling with timing or direction on shots, then I drop my difficulty level down to PRO in practice rounds. This then allows you to build a better rhythm. My results after doing this have shown an improvement from leaving the settings on MASTER all the time.

I adjust for the hook but I just cant seem to able to Hit the Green What kind of shots are you playing, typically? Are you trying to do partial shots (i.e. lob wedge pitch from 57 yards out). You may just want to try to avoid putting yourself in partial shot situations. Here is one example: if your lob wedge hits a normal shot 100 yards at 100% power. Try to set up your approach shot to be between 100 and 130 yards depending on your wedge options and wind, etc. Then just learn to play the tempo that you are accustomed to hitting at. Course management and playjng to your strengths are more important than hitting the ball "as far as it can go" with every tee shot on a Par 4, or second shot on a Par 5.
