Final scores for me this week and R4 scorecard. Weird week this. Played well in Platinum. In contention for the win in True Sim (!) But feel like I'm fighting my swingplane constantly again. My scores in every other society have dropped a little but on those two I was able to manage my way around. I genuinely do blame it on Forza. When you don't play this just as much it's hard to stay mega sharp to compete at the very top I think. It's all about repitition really. That was a nice course this week I thought. Got to admit I’m not much looking forward to playing my rounds tomorrow. Lack of playing is killing me. Not made a cut in Elite yet so that is demoralising. Playing more out of duty than pleasure. At least TBC gives me some enjoyment out of the game. Spending too much of my little spare time with Mistress Forza.

That was proper close Crazy Croc Not entirely convinced by the decision for the winning penalty but that’s Rugby. Good luck in the final. Thanks mate. Hard luck tonight, England bossed the game for 75 minutes and did not allow us anything. We burgled this one.

Week one of RUMble number 13 is in the books, and we have some battles for division leads and to avoid relegation. Ross asyoudo64 and Ben SkyBlueBen are tied at the top of Div 1, but only 2 points separate the top 6. Chris Bear and Marc Crazy Croc are tied at the top of Div 2, and only 2 points separate the top 5. Tony runkibus is perfect and alone atop Div 3, but the top 6 there are only separated by 4 points. Also perfect and atop Div 4 is Ken jg24kl, and while the top 4 there are only 4 points apart the real action is the battle for the Wooden Spoon where 4 players all have a legit chance of increasing their kitchen hardware. Onward!

Hello Friends, Jim Nance here to bring you the best of week 3 of The Brew Crew season. Will the Bandits be able to keep up their blistering start? Only time will tell. This week The Crew visited Hillsborough Mining Club for the Cracked Open which proved to be quite the birdiefest for the Crew. Now, let’s jump on in to the action (Match lines provided by DraftBings Sportsbook). As You Brew (-2.5) v Dickens Cider Casuals As You Brew heads in to week 3 looking to keep the Casuals out of the win column on the season. Still looking to find last season’s dominant form they started out pressing a bit. However the Causals were looking to stun the favorites early securing a win and a draw on the opening day. The teams split the matches on days 2 and 3 and the Casuals shockingly found themselves up by 2 heading into the final day. Would they be able to pull the upset? Captain Ross rallied the troops and As You Brew squashed any chance of the upset on day 4, taking all 4 matches to secure the win and the cover. The Cupid Stunts v Rum Raiders (-5.5) The Cupid Stunts were looking to rebound after last week’s poor showing and Captain Paul was once again providing bulletin board material for their opponents. The Stunts bid to right the ship had legs after a day 1 split but then the onslaught was on as the Raiders pounded the Stunts with immense cannon fire, sweeping both day 2 and day 3 and taking 3 of 4 from day 4 match play with only Michael Bonocore providing any resistance whatsoever. Raiders take this one in a landslide, easily covering the spread but more importantly the lopsided victory should allow them to put pressure on the Bandits at the top of the table. Bulldog Brewers v Hobgoblins (-3.5) Featuring a battle of married captains this match was host to numerous backstories. With Carol threatening to withhold yada yada yada unless victory was achieved, the Brewers burst out to an opening day sweep. Not so fast Charlie thought, two can play this game and the Hobgoblins fought their way back into the match sweeping day 2. The Contest was lost on day 3 however as the Brewers showed their mettle taking both matches to regain their advantage. A day 4 split would mean the Brewers secure a stunning upset Bourbon Bandits (-2.5) v Menace to Sobriety Looking to continue their run of good form and tighten their early grip on the top spot in the table, the Bandits were confident heading into the match against Menace. An early wake up call on day 1 as Menace took the opening match in thrilling fashion. The Bandits fought back though securing the split. It was all Bandits on day 2 as they took both matches in dominating fashion. A split on day 3 had Menace still in it looking to pull the shocking upset. After Menace took the opening match to draw closer, the Bandits flexed their muscles and dug deep to put Menace away taking 2 of the final 3 and drawing in that 3rd match to secure the win and the cover. Team Scoreboard: As You Brew (-2.5) 13 v 7 Dickens Cider Casuals The Cupid Stunts 4 v 16 Rum Raiders (-5.5) Bulldog Brewers 12 v 8 Hobgoblins (-3.5) Bourbon Bandits (-2.5) 13 v 7 Menace to Sobriety Now, let have a look at our Next Gen Stats powered by AWS: The 60 Under Down Under -Ross Nixon (-63) The Semi-Centennial Club -Charles Lindbergh (-54) -Craig Henderson (-51) -Marc van Niekerk (-50) Highest Team Score -Rum Raiders (-182) Top Individual Scorers -See above scoring clubs 😂 Low Individual Round R1 - Craig Henderson (-16) R2 - Ross Nixon (-17) R3 - Ross Nixon (-18) R4 - Ross Nixon (-15) Team Points Leaders (8) -Mark Buenger -Chris Grzesik -Ken Lokosky Better Luck Next Week Blob Award -Chuck Gunsaullus -Randy Zubowicz -Art Vandelay OFTR Highest Scorer -Ross Nixon (21) -David Stevenson (21) -Craig Henderson (20)

I decided to play all 7 rounds in one sitting and I've decided to never do that again.
Another missed cut in Elite, I certainly don't belong at that level.

Pub Crawl Art Vandelay With so many other things on the go (especially Forza!!) I've decided the best way forward for my own enjoyment is to stick to TBC (and NFL when LEFTY79 gives me a game. A week off? Very strange these 'Merican sports!). Played a few holes of Elite and decided I didn't have the time or the patience for it!! Anyhows, great 1st Round spoiled by a ridiculous early Double Humph in Round 2 (my fault not the game). Clawed my way back and as always nowadays very happy to break 40 on what I found a very nice course with a little challenge added with the conditions. Finished with a 37 foot eagle putt which always leaves a good taste. Bit adrift of those Bandits so it's time now to dig out the Rum!! trevormendez Bear jg24kl Time for one for the road and then to hit that tarmac....

I think moreso than in the past everyone in those top divisions is always very sharp nowadays. So any drop in your own playtime and those sloppy tempos as a result end up with you constantly fighting for the cut. Tbh I really did put a lot of time in on the off-season in those true sim societies because I fancied my chances of a first win on TST if I put the time in. Think I got it last week so I'll dial it back a fair bit now and enjoy these rounds and TST. Like you I'm taking a break this week on my tour rounds to burn some rubber (and find my ship in Starfield!)

I found concentrating on the fact I’m playing for TBC and my team made it a whole lot more enjoyable. Different I suppose if your rounds also count for CC. I’ve binned my Elite rounds. Bought the West Balkans dlc for ETS2 and not even looked at it yet. So much stuff, so little time!!

Bought the West Balkans dlc for ETS2 and not even looked at it yet. So much stuff, so little time!! Oh yeah for sure. I may sound all drab about my rounds but I still do my best for the team. Mostly having some fun, poking humor at the desire to play Forza lol Not playing much has really taken a toll on my skill level though. I played a bit yesterday to try and find a bit of a groove. I just like to get it over with so I can get on the road. Speaking of other games. I discovered this this morning. Early access but only 20 bucks. I put it on my wish list and may have a go at it. And I'm above system specs for it lol store.steampowered.com/app/2168680/Nuclear_Option/Hope link works, not tried linking to directly to Steam before. Ok, gots me a front 9 loaded up for the CC course, going to warm up there then jump in
