Pub Crawl
Art Vandelay With so many other things on the go (especially Forza!!) I've decided the best way forward for my own enjoyment is to stick to TBC (and NFL when LEFTY79 gives me a game. A week off? Very strange these 'Merican sports!). Played a few holes of Elite and decided I didn't have the time or the patience for it!! Anyhows, great 1st Round spoiled by a ridiculous early Double Humph in Round 2 (my fault not the game). Clawed my way back and as always nowadays very happy to break 40 on what I found a very nice course with a little challenge added with the conditions. Finished with a 37 foot eagle putt which always leaves a good taste. Bit adrift of those Bandits so it's time now to dig out the Rum!! trevormendez Bear jg24kl    Time for one for the road and then to hit that tarmac....   Thanks for hitting me with your best round of the week 😲😉  Seriously though Ben, way to lead from the front. Great week in the Pub Crawl and awesome play in OFTR mate.  The gauntlet has certainly been laid down. I know my team will respond though, because as you know, AsYouBrew 4ever 🍻. |

Art VandelayWeek 4: Very nice and well designed course where a bit of focus was required. First round started off with a lot of slow shots and too many puts missed on the edge on front nine, but on the back nine tempo was fine and I hit a lot og nice shots and only had a few puts missing on the edge for eagle or birdie. Round 1 score: -12 Second round I had all together too many puts on the edge. Front nine tempo was still good and had good shots. Back nine I suddenly started hitting fast and very fast - on costing a ball in the water on the par 5 second shot. Round 2 score: -6 All in all much better that last week so far but big difference on back nine shooting -8 in the first round and -1 in round 2 - impressive how big a difference the correct tempo can make.

I had started to drift back nine of round 3 and front 9 of round 4 but the great thing about playing on here is i know I'm one of the guys expected to go low for the team so really knuckled down on the back nine. Enjoyed it! |

CC Lets get this over with day is done. All my homework is finished. Mom can I go racing now. Art Vandelay  One for the ROAD/TRACKDon't know how that happened. Was rushing it. Seem to play better when I am stress free and not obsess over making cuts   CC musings. Round 2 high winds. Perfect. Put those together with the 171's all 4 rounds and you gots a perfect setup. Still decent though. No complaints. No water, no ob. Better than my pitiful rounds last week. After 1'st two rounds I knew I would be lucky to get to -20. Somehow managed to get to -32. Happy with that. Nothing compared to the -40 and -50 (left some out there crowd lol j/k) Now it's time to go driving (like everyone else says at the ends of their rounds lol)

Art Vandelay IGolfBad Pub Crawl AKA CGWOSS (Casuals Gotta Win One Sometime Soon) I left a lot out there but pleased overall with my scores. Dang green speeds in R3 triggered my Ogre Mode (UGH!!). I am still 2K23 all the time and TBC For Life (or until I decide to quit ). Anyways...scores...  and R4 scorecard..  Go Casuals!!

Art VandelayPub crawl rounds 1 & 2 + OFTR Pretty average fare with some good and bad. A couple of horrendous stutters on key shots almost brought the red mist down. -11 x2

Art VandelayPub Crawl week 4 Started like a house on fire then realised it was a damp squib 😡 I rescued it a little round 4 but not a happy bunny. Even that first round I missed putts from under 5 feet  Round 4
