The Brew Crew Masters 2nd to 8th April 2023
The Cyder Cup 9th to 15th April 2023 (Usual mayhem but with new Captains and Teams).
Season 3 starts 16th April 2023 (commitment of 8 to 10 weeks)It's an early roll call mainly to gauge numbers for Season 3 but also to see who wishes to take part in the Cyder Cup which takes a fair bit of organising. Season 2 has been marred by drop out's mainly in the first few weeks. This causes a massive headache for Admin having to draft in new players, apply handicap's and generally causing unnecessary hassle. We are geared up to cover real life events, as we have had to do this season, but it's not fair on us just because a player is bored with the game or not playing well. So I would ask you all to consider whether you are prepared and are able to commit to the FULL SEASON. We are more than happy to drop to 32 players for Season 3 so don't feel like you have to return. If the game is no longer for you, and let's face it it's been a nightmare for some lately, please say, or maybe keep a place on the bench warm if that is your preference. If you are happy to commit to the full season we'd LOVE to have you back. Dave Bova Kian and Jason H jhandz92 have already let us know they will not be returning for Season 3. Welcome back anytime lads. Our group is centred around this thread and all current league players have been tagged so you need to respond to this message. I do not have time to chase people so if I get no response I will presume you are not returning.All I need at this stage is:- Cyder Cup IN or OUTSeason 3 IN or OUT IN for all |

Cyder Cup and Season 3 = IN! [mention]skyblueben [/mention] , [mention]tombanator [/mention]has let me know he would love to be added to the beat up sub bench if the ol’ gal needs warming. The poor chap needs something else to do besides watching me hack around courses and throw around f-bombs on Twitch for 5 hours straight.  No worries. I know Tomi Tombanator from other societies so will be happy to find room on the bench. Yeah hi there Ben! To clarify what Mike before had told, yes I was considering the possibility of joining while hanging out at his stream last night. Now granted, I'm not going to be the most lively or talkative of guys here (considering how much seems to go on here, a little spooky for a guy like me!) but to cut matters to business end, if it's not at all too much to ask I'd be more than happy to join the sub bench at least. I already play CC as it stands so would not be super much to add to my playing rotation, and since apparently there's not much else extra to it (unless I want to add into it), I think I could manage. InsanericK You are approved on The Brew Crew OFTR. Just missed it - though on my screen, he’s still pending, yet I don’t have the option to approve, and he’s not on the membership list. What did you do, Carol?  because I've already improved him to you it will show pending it doesn't matter the society is now set to public so regardless he will be able to play |

Now granted, I'm not going to be the most lively or talkative of guys here (considering how much seems to go on here, a little spooky for a guy like me!) but to cut matters to business end, if it's not at all too much to ask I'd be more than happy to join the sub bench at least. I already play CC as it stands so would not be super much to add to my playing rotation, and since apparently there's not much else extra to it (unless I want to add into it), I think I could manage. Thanks Mike Bogey Bonocore for vouching for me, I was gonna probably reach out in some time but that saves me a bit of hassle! If you ever do need to sub Tomi we play one extra round in our own society which is scored modified Stableford and the points for all team members added together for bonus points each week. Usually quite a fun round. |

The only reason is that I want to try play my CC rounds on thursdays night, thus breaking the rule of playing 2 rounds before wednesdays. Available to sub for a posh boys if you need one!
