It’s all my fault this Wolverine craze . Had mine 3 years now ….. bullet proof. I have a Wolverine Tournament Edition and had always used the Xbox controllers for 2k golf . Was about to jack this years release in as I was all over the place but gave the Wolverine a shot. Night and day in performance . Mention Ed to My good mate lessangster and now look how he’s playing . At this rate he’ll be a posh boy soon 🤣🤣. Still get crooked shots but nothing like what I was seeing with the Xbox controller ( elite v2 ) I'm convinced y'all working for Razer! No way my 170 dollar Xbox Series Elite 2 sucks compared to the Wolverine. Time for me to take the Pepsi Challenge again. I beat them and picked Coca-Cola every time. Coca-Cola Classic is the best formula IMO, I don't care if they say it's the same as today's Coke. I don't believe 'em. Let's see how this Wolverine stacks up against the Elite 2 for me. Sounds like I may get roped into another 150 dollar plus controller. Oh well, when one of them breaks, I'll have a backup. You just need the basic Wolverine V2. Not the Chrome, or Tourney, etc. It was $90 for me on Amazon and came same day delivery. I hate you Jeff Bezos….but I love you so…  |

I hate you Jeff Bezos….but I love you so… Story incoming about mine. Weeks ago I decided to buy one. Ordered from Best buy as I buy stuff there all the time and never had a problem. Promised delivery next day. Next day it shows on my tracking as "out for delivery" 4 days goes by. Out for delivery. I call on a Thursday. BB rep said the shipping company TForce Logistics (hoping google bots grabs a hold of name and indexes my review/story) had picked it up the day after I order. She says wait until the end of the Friday and if it doesn't show they will open an investigation. I give it until Saturday. Call get a useless twat of a kid Muriel (male) who couldn't seem to grasp the situation. Says to give it until the following Tuesday. I wait until Wednesday. Call, she tells me I have to wait until 7-10 business days transpires. The issue is, it's been out for delivery for a week by this point. 1'st rep understood the issue. It was sitting on a truck somewhere. I give it the 10 days, at which point it went from "out for delivery" to "delivered" TO THE TFORCE LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE!. What the @!$# have they been doing with this thing for over a week. 4 more days goes by, and the tracking updated to "returned to shipper" Best buy. It was picked up in Stoney Creek Ontario. Taken to Kitchener Ontario then to the Brampton (suburb of Toronto) to the TFORCE LOGISTICS (come on google bots). The next day its delivered to the Best Buy warehouse in Brampton. I call BB again. Very nice old lady, apologizing left and right. Tell me it will be scanned at Best Buy and I'll get a refund. Which I've gotten now. I hung up with her. Went to Amazon, ordered one. GOT IT THE NEXT F'N day. Amazon warehouse also in Brampton btw. In the end it all worked out and for the better. The one I ordered from Best Buy was a white one as it was the only color they had in stock. So I got my black Razor and been using it for two weeks now. No calibration was done. It worked and felt great right away. It feels very much like an Elite with the rubber grips but man those nice clicky buttons are very nice. Moral of the story. If you are buying something from Best Buy and they are using TFORCE LOGISTICS as the shipper. Run away, buy from elsewhere. Oh I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about TFORCE LOGISTICS. <Google search bots please pick this up and index it so other potential victims can avoid them. So this controller was taken on a 150 mile cruise around Ontario Canada. Hope TForce Logistics wasted a lot of gas on this. On an additional positive note. I got a month free Amazon Prime and have been loving it. Lot's of concert documenataries to watch. Working on a 2.5 hour Lynyrd Skynyrd one right now |

CC rounds 1 and 2, otherwise known as The Tale of Two Rounds.
I played a few society rounds this afternoon to warm up and was pleasantly surprised that my usual tempo was back with the driver. In fact, I was having to be careful not to hit a big fast. I was actually guarding against fasts with the irons as well. My gob was well and truly smacked. The swing I was using last week -- almost out of my chair, @rse in the air, and smashing the absolute beans off it with every swing -- seemed to be fixed. With a modicum of confidence, I took to the first tee.
Lo and behold, slow, slow, slow, slow -- not even a quick, quick -- slow, slow. I was back to same old, same old, for the entire round. But I managed to get a score, despite some mistakes and the most ridiculous bogey ever.
Round 2. Okay, I thought, if I can shoot -13 hitting it all over the park, I can do it again.
Now, this is where it gets interesting. I, of course, realise that I'm playing fast and loose with the word "interesting", but bear with me.
Straight from the first tee, tempo was back to what it had been all afternoon before my first CC round. Great, I thought. I can tear this up now, I thought.
*Morgan Freeman voice* "It was neither great nor was he to tear it up."
I just couldn't get it going in the second round. I hit way too many fasts this time, maybe still swinging like I did in the first round. I found a jazz mag in a bush somewhere around the turn, and that didn't help either.
TLDR: I have no clue what is going on with the tempo in this game. Maybe Palo could shed some light on it, given it wasn't that long ago he was saying the game is broken yet now he's shooting lights out

Yeah I wonder if we can get some Razer Wolverine sponsorship for Brew Crew hmm 🤔 It's a no-brainer Les, if I were you I'd be asking them for some commission from this month's sales. You are probably the number 1 salesman from their business this month and they don't even know it 😂 If we see a sponsorship between the two parties, then I think there would be zero arguments from anyone in making you the poster boy. I read that you were leading xbox after two rounds this week mate, you played your final rounds yet? Good luck if you haven't. Honestly you've been playing some incredible golf for a good while now, it's brilliant to see and looking forward to seeing you put up more top rounds. Razer Wolverine could make a good little story about you  Thank you for the compliment Mark I finished -15,-9 to close at -52 under that’s the best four round score I’ve ever done on any version of the game. |

Now thats a bit of less traffic.  But of course we know its server related, and operator related . |

Afternoon all, I got 2K23 in December and didn’t want to over commit to societies. I’ve settled into the game and I’m in a couple of societies but would love a bit of Brew Crew action. Is there any sort of reserve list? If a space becomes available, I’m well up for joining the party. It seems many people are not enjoying 2K23 as much as 2k21. Weirdly, I’m the other way round. I know there are ‘issues’ but I find 2K23 so much more engaging, rewarding and enjoyable on the course. Maybe I’m some sort of masochist. If you need a sub or there is a space, give me a shout.
