I'm convinced y'all working for Razer! No way my 170 dollar Xbox Series Elite 2 sucks compared to the Wolverine. Time for me to take the Pepsi Challenge again. I beat them and picked Coca-Cola every time. Coca-Cola Classic is the best formula IMO, I don't care if they say it's the same as today's Coke. I don't believe 'em. Let's see how this Wolverine stacks up against the Elite 2 for me. Sounds like I may get roped into another 150 dollar plus controller. Oh well, when one of them breaks, I'll have a backup. No one is saying the Elite controllers suck if they did I wouldn’t have bought to versions of them and still be using it. They’re great controllers in their own right just not the best for this particular game on Xbox but that could be said of any wireless controller on Xbox. This game requires consistency of input and that’s something Xbox and controllers don’t have, the line between a good tempo hit and a poor one is to fine in my opinion in 2K23, in my house I have probably 10 devices throwing wireless signals around so it’s not outside the bounds of possibility that it could be interference with the signal wired takes that away. The Razer controller may not work for everyone try it and see if it works for you then great if it doesn’t send it back and return to your Elite. There could be a number of factors why someone is playing well on this game mine is the controller plus a method that works for me in the game but even I’m tinkering with things as I play to improve my irons that I think are still my weakness. 97% of my posts are jokes and sarcasm. I'm playing on PC so it's gonna be a different experience. I'm willing to give the Wolverine a try.

Ya, but out of the box... nope.. reach out to Mrs. Wolverine to show you how to adjust if you so wish Carol I’ve not tried the app for adjusting stuff on the controller I’m scared to in case my game goes to crap again, what can you adjust I know there are extra buttons you can use but I’m not sure about anything else. I use steam settings not the app, since I don't play on xbox I have no idea Les

I was absolutely over the moon at being 21 under at the cut and you’ve gone 22 under without trying. Now I’m fcuking miserable. Thanks a lot Chris 🤣🤣 Between this and horusphoenix contemplating switching up to the Wolverine to improve on his -53, these fellas really know how to rub salt in the wounds of us pixel hackers. Live look at me just giving up and going out with a bang. 😂 😂 😂 Always wanted to try doing this in a golf buggy, good to know the landing isn't as perfect as I'd imagined. Haha, Bogey Bonocore. I had to consider the Wolverine swap with some of the arguments and statements you lot are putting forward. Either, I'm a sucker for advertisment or a lot of you clearly possess some very impressive sales skills. I'm a bit disappointed to not see an official Wolverine rep reach out to someone in the society yet. I'm seeing a long term partnership/sponsor deal forming between Wolverine & TBC in the near future. I reckon the sales for the Wolverine has gone through the roof this last month, all thanks to TBC. It may be a good controller, but if they don't take this opportunity to join forces with TBC then they need a better marketing team. I'd even going as far to say that it would only be right for us all to boycott the Wolverine (Wolverine users included) until they show some appreciation to sales reps in TBC Anyway Michael, you can't be calling yourself a 'pixel hacker' anymore. I did see that masterful bunker shot on the 18th last week to tie Art. Under that pressure & been able to execute that shot when you needed it most, so you might need to find a more fitting description for yourself than a 'pixel hacker'. Seriously though man, it's great to see you putting up some really good scores and improving all the time. P.s. sorry bit late replying to your post mate, I haven’t been on the forums much lately.

CC round 4 and total.
I'm not going to run a commentary on my rounds as I did last time for fear of offending, but I'd just like to say the following: it should matter not one jot what some of you think of my own opinion of my rounds. I know what I'm capable of, and I know when game/server issues are destroying my scores. Furthermore, I couldn't give a monkey's what all of you score in relation to my scores and you shouldn't in relation to mine. What I mean by that is that I don't play against any of your scores; I play against myself and the course. Don't get me wrong; I am delighted when people shoot great scores. One thing I think we can agree on is that this game, with all the fittings etc, has narrowed the playing field. There are many more players now that are shooting scores much nearer to what is considered to be the A list scores, and I think that's brilliant for Brew Crew and for the competition. Off the top of my head, lessangster and SkyBlueBen are now playing a million times better, especially after changing controllers; and that makes me so very happy. However, I play solely against the course and my own capabilities.
So, when I post that I played like a monkey and have shot better scores than you, that is not in any way in an effort to denigrate you; it's just my frustration with my inability to score, whether that's down to me or the servers. When horusphoenix posted that he was thinking of trying the Wolverine, you have to understand that, as far as I'm concerned, he's probably the most humble player I've come across in this game.
I hope at least some of that made sense.
Right. All that said, score on the doors:
In case anyone was in any doubt, you guys are the best and I love being in the Brew Crew. I wouldn't have bothered typing all that out if I didn't. I'm not sure how much I agreed to pay you for that statement about me Bear , but I'm probably not rich enough to pay you that much. But in all seriousness, thank you man. Pretty sure that's one of the nicest things I think anyone has written about me on this forum. And, as much as I'd like to agree with you. I think it's solely down to the fact that this game is just very good at humbling most of us, occasionally I'll have moments in the game where I'll think: "Okay okay, I might be getting it. I might be getting go....no no scratch that never mind, I still have no idea." Golf in general, virtual or in real life is certainly one of the most humbling sports, in my opinion. Also Bear. I always really enjoy reading your weekly posts about your tournament and how you felt your rounds went, so keep them coming for us. As you said, it’s mainly a battle against ourselves and the course. That’s the beauty of golf or outright annoyance, whichever you look at it. Keep up the good golf man

horusphoenix jg24kl jjbuzzotta Welcome to the Cupid Stunts Mark's knows the drill, having been a member last season and that is to earn the captain his points as he is incapable of doing this himself. Justin showed up the beginning of last season as a sub for me for a couple of weeks and made a better job getting more points than what I would of done. Maybe I should of stayed on the bench and managed from the side lines. Ken's Haa been a member of some my previous team in 2K21 so ĺ know what he can do. Hopefully we can win a few matches This is the only type of drill I know Sid, so we may be in a bit of trouble this season. But, in all seriousness, incredibly happy to don 'The Cupid Stunt' cap back on even if does get me kicked off most respectable golf courses in the area. And looking forward to playing with some new teammates and under the leadership of sid snott. No better captain around, cool, calm & relaxed. (Until next season and if I'm drafted to another team, then I might have to reconsider that thought) Good luck to all the teams next season.

Yeah I wonder if we can get some Razer Wolverine sponsorship for Brew Crew hmm 🤔 It's a no-brainer Les, if I were you I'd be asking them for some commission from this month's sales. You are probably the number 1 salesman from their business this month and they don't even know it 😂 If we see a sponsorship between the two parties, then I think there would be zero arguments from anyone in making you the poster boy. I read that you were leading xbox after two rounds this week mate, you played your final rounds yet? Good luck if you haven't. Honestly you've been playing some incredible golf for a good while now, it's brilliant to see and looking forward to seeing you put up more top rounds. Razer Wolverine could make a good little story about you

It’s all my fault this Wolverine craze . Had mine 3 years now ….. bullet proof. I have a Wolverine Tournament Edition and had always used the Xbox controllers for 2k golf . Was about to jack this years release in as I was all over the place but gave the Wolverine a shot. Night and day in performance . Mention Ed to My good mate lessangster and now look how he’s playing . At this rate he’ll be a posh boy soon 🤣🤣. Still get crooked shots but nothing like what I was seeing with the Xbox controller ( elite v2 ) the exact same controller i have used for 2k21/3
never had a problem with it always reliable only 1 downside is where its getting old now
i had to get thumbstick pads on them as my thumbsticks look like somebody been trying to eat the the sticks lol
on another note regarding my earlier post no way will i be quitting brew crew ,hell this is the only interest that is keeping the game alive for me

Just a pity MS dont make their controllers as robust as the Wolverines. I generally use mine for shooters etc which are a bit harder on them and it’s still going strong after 3 years. Have to admit I haven’t tried chewing the thumb sticks yet 🤣🤣🤣

Art Vandelay Rumble to the Bar (Week 2): It was all going rather swimmingly (actually had avoided the water) until the 9th hole in Rd 3, went for a big overswing to try and get close to the drivable par 4, (big mistake) proceeded to hit a very fast into the water and walked off with a double. Kind of lost it a bit after that, my calmness for this game doesn’t seem as good as it once was on 21. And then to really make sure I wasn’t staying calm, I missed the shortest putt ever known to man. Maybe 3 inches away from the cup, and I left it short. I kid you not. I know some people have asked me before “why do you spend a lot of time over a 4 foot putt?” well my response to that next time will be, “because I can miss putts from 3 inches away.” Can I maybe find an excuse? Hear me out: In my TST rounds this week, I had a putt from about 6 foot, slight stutter on my backswing my ball barely rolls an inch in front of me. I'd like to think this is possibly what happened on this almost impossible to miss putt. I'm going with it.....can't be me, of course. 😂 But no really, I felt some pretty strong embarrassment and I was all alone, that's how bad it was. After all that, it was a bit of disappointing tournament as tee to green I hit it pretty well and really it was one shot that i felt like my tournament got away from me. My fault as I think good & bad rounds/tournaments can sometimes be very finely balanced depending on how you recover from one or two bad shots and I did not recover at all this week after that one. Stunning course this week again, pretty short but fair amount of danger lurking off the tee, which definitely kept you focused on most of the drives.
