Made 2 attempts at exchanging 3 reds for a wedge red transition shaft. Both times said I was successful, both times shafted me 😉 with a timing red. Don't want that as it takes too much off power. Probably stupid doing it twice, but I thought I may have made a mistake, but no. I grinded for days getting those reds and in one foul swoop, they're f$#%ing gone for something I don't want in seconds. Thanks heaps HB 😤😤😡😡 One step forward, three steps backwards. That's how HB's updates work. |

How do I remove fittings from my clubs?
Once removed, can I exchange/upgrade them or do I need to deconstruct them?
I only have a few on my clubs at the moment.

I like playing your courses Les to be honest but since yesterdays patch it is not much fun playing firm fast greens with a default ball. Is the designers meta put the pins in the back of the green to stop low scores? I think when we go to the default ball in the Designer's Showcase the greens will be slowed down ? inflames47 asyoudo64 TimB Yes they will be, but for this week those playing have the option to selection any ball type they wish. Sunday will change over to default ball. |

Ross and I have done all our rangering with default ball. I think most times we at the fastest selected "fast" which is 155. I never had an issue when we did 155's. But not sure how many we chose to use the fast option on, can't remember. I'll let Ross chime in here as he may remember more and I'm about to go offline. Edited to add, whenever I selected fast, I always countered it with "moderate" or soft firmness. Can't say I remember us doing firm and fast as a combo. There will be some in the 160's, but like Tim I always use default and wouldn't suggest silly speeds. Any in the higher range are counterbalanced by a moderate setting. I have rangered some courses where a 155 feels quicker than a 171 just because of this. We try to leave Showcase courses as the Designer intended as much as possible. Any complaints #blameRossorTim 😉 To be honest that is the whole point of the Designer showcase. But with that being said, most of courses used have been ported over so a 160 is much faster IMO than newly designed courses. |

I only have a few on my clubs at the moment. deconstruct, and you get 50 bucks back. Then you can change to a better fitting. I am not positive if the one you deconstruct goes back into your lot, but if it does and you reuse them you pay full fee. |

Just put the new fitting on over the top of the old one & the old one will be back in your inventory for you to do as you please with at least that's how it's worked for me. My understanding if you click on the deconstruct...bye bye fitting. Made that mistake before.

I played a course last night that had 180 greens and to be honest they felt no faster than the 164’s on Edison. I’m not sure if they were set to soft medium or firm though as that also changes the feel. I wouldn’t like to play them on very firm but maybe that would be a good experiment. The name of the course escapes me at the minute but it will be in my recently played list I think it’s had a US open on it.
