Art VandelaySkyBlueBenHaving a lot of difficulty with distance control...constantly hitting at 104% - 105%. Gotta calibrate my shots based on distance for each club. Either hitting long into green side rough or short into bunkers. Also, wind doesn't seem to effect the ball as much as 2K21!! Not really having a problem with chipping or pitches, but, bunkers, that's another story. Love the new game, just have to understand that -4 or -5 is not a bad score with 2K23. I'm lowering my expectations, so that I won't be disappointed with scores of 4 or 5 under par

My turn in the pond (again, apologies to all who played the PS society with all settings on OPEN - next week all will be right in the TBC world) As you can see, started rather poorly, and steadily improved. Still some work to do but I’m confident I’ll score better with “fairer” greens and once the short game comes to me. Off to try my hand at some of the TGCT master practice events!  Paul sid snott +40s just gives us something to improve upon. We’ll be breaking par in no time, old chum. |

So no harm no foul except for my scores! |

Since the new meta is the chip from the bunkers I wonder if the designers will make the green bunkers much deeper to somewhat stop that meta and force them to partial splash? Yes they will! |

Having a lot of difficulty with distance control...constantly hitting at 104% - 105%. I find you need to make a conscious effort to hold your swing at the top before starting your downswing to get below 100%. If on pro or lower you need to hold longer. I still find myself over cooking then have to make a real effort to get back into to mindset of holding. If I have 155 yards to the pin and my club puts me at 158 then I need to hold a bit. Or club down and try and over cook it. But then with these greens you don't seem to get the rollout like you used to, balls just seem to stop dead. |

Designers Showcase Fantastic course. Some silly errors cost me. Note to HB Studios, please get rid of the f#$king default pitch shots under 150 yards 🤬. Ruins a good drive. Starting to get the hang of Masters. Partial shots still a bit of a problem for me. As for splash shots, might as well not be an option. Keep them coming Carol 🔥 inflames47 .  |

Something about that drab looking blue compared to the bright purple, green and red messed with my mind. I'd love to get some reds. I'm in rng hell right now. Coming from playing Destiny blue drops are junk and insta deletes. But what really melts my banana is in Destiny. Blue is above green. |

Art Vandelay Not bad for my 1st real go at masters I'll take that score all day long. Almost had my 1st bogie free round in the 4th (on any difficulty) only to screw it up on the 17th lol.  General thoughts so far I like Master level play, My reason's behind this a simple one and is it will get rid of the birdie fest for most people (Palo gonna Palo either way). The only real problem imho is roll speed on the greens which I believe is to make Special Balls "aka balls on steroids" a must to play with. So no matter if you play Pro or Master that problem is going to exist. For context I played my 4 rounds using only the stock ball and zero fittings fitted. The other thing is having not played 2k21 very much at all of late it was easier for me to come to grips with a different tempo and having to play more conservatively instead of pin hunting on every shot. Just a few thoughts so far, I hope your all having some fun with the new game

Lofting left stick down will stop the roll . |

Not even 4 am What I was attempting to say was I thought green was better than blue. Ahh for F sakes, now I'm confused. Wags would have loved this system. He is color blind. (as head ranger at the time, I heard all about it. Can't tell if a green was to be approved because he couldn't discern the green grid colors) |

Dont like it one bit in truth. I have been able to get the Driver up to 290 by using the fittings. (red ) Yeah I'm hoping for any yardage fitting in truth but not received any. Only have 1 red. I use the purples I have but may have to rethink on swapping them for a driver distance. |
