My god 2k are hopeless 17 hours and still waiting for a response from the 2k support team to open ticket. You have a mountain of money for the game you'd think they could at least talk to me, If they dare say they're busy and run off their feet then I have a fix for that as well, DONT RELEASE GAME WITH BUGS!!! A major gaming company like 2K has no excuse whatsoever to release two games (2k21 was also bugged like this on release). Absolutely disgusting customer service. I sent a message a couple of days a go but doubt I will get a reply, starting with "what the actual f*ck" probably wasn't my brightest moment... |

I wish I had started mine that way tbh - over 20h and counting now. Few months back I was receiving replies within 12 hours. Have a feeling they might be a little swamped at the moment. Still though for a company of that size, they should have measures in place. |

HB/2K are going to have a busy day of ignoring their customers. Yesterday I was a legend. Today I'm a prophet. Absolutely unacceptable for them to do this. Same ole with these guys under their current leadership. For what they are charging for this game they can forgo buying that new Mercedes and hire some tech help. I saw Doyly mention in the sky is falling thread that the best way to get their attention is to tag them or whatever it's called on the official 2k23 twitter. Also, bad press is what these companies respond to most. Hopefully word gets out about their tech support. No point in saying anything is the Steam forums or threads, they will delete it right away. Speaking as someone who lucked out and has a working game with all dlc and no horse in this race other than the fact I want to see EVERYONE enjoy this game for better or worse. |

One thing I have noticed is that the game defaults to switching "turn order" off if you exit a round with ghosts and go back in. So you'll have to turn it back on if that is your preference (personally, I hate BALLS flying while taking a shot). Are they YOUR balls that are flying, Paul? Perhaps I could suggest some better controlling boxer briefs…  Carol inflames47 gets it Laughed my arse off at the kitty post, looks like my cat did prior to chopping off his nuggets |

That Top Golf is actually a great warmup before a round. Help get a little dialed in. Like it.
Weird. I played Pro all day yesterday AND STRUGGLED. I see all the cool kids are smoking so thought I should try it and bought a pack of cigarettes'. Err I mean set to master, reset my career and you know what, I'm playing better. I struggled huge on pro yesterday. 1'st round of new Q school and I'm 1 under. Don't think I've actually finished under par yet.
And redneck guy called me "DR Chipinski" lol. Holed a couple chips.

But archetypes also determine swing path and timing as they are different with each. You have to look at all and to determine what type of golfer you like and then build your golfer with the fittings which ultimately determines how strong he or she will be on the tee and other shots. And I have no freaking idea on how skill points work. I kind of skip that page with my golfer. |

There's been quite a bit of negativity from what I can see on different posts outside of the TBC, but I am just going to come out and say it, I had so much fun last night trying to chase par. Think the best round I got was a -6. Room for little improvements for sure and yes the balls do worry me but if I am honest I still haven't looked or stumbled across the different 'sleeves'yet. I ran out of time last night, had to work today but itching to get back onto the courses tonight.

Kind of focused on my driver timing and swing path points, some putter points, and working on my wedges. Since I'm always in a bunker or chipping I need all the help I can get lol. I find master to be better for me than pro. I may never see another perfect but the grey miss zone doesn't seem as punishing as pro. I dig the fitting thing. Some may say arcade, blah blah. But I like it. I like ending a round and waiting for the loot box then going and applying/comparing etc. I think this was a great addition to the game. The grind, progression, something to work towards. Makes playing outside society leader board chasing fun again. Yeah those in the other threads may not like it, and they have a valid point. But for me, love it. I had my best round yet, career at even. Then got promptly smacked down next event. Stupid me, my fault. Korn event was on a course that had a lot of fog. Yesterday it beat my system down and I struggled. So I changed to a different course, Alpine theme. Was doing ok until a par 3 where no brains Tim after throws it into OB. 4 fn times. lol Finished that at 10 over. Still in the top 20 with 2 more events to go. So looks like I'll make PGA on master. Unlike here, I never see PGA LOL. Having been around since the original Golf Club, I think this is the best version yet. (I miss splash shots from anywhere though. Don't tell the elite purists lol)So proud to score even I have to show it. My 3'rd eagle too.  |

I stand by my feelings about that, I hate seeing people who pay big bucks for the game and get no support when it's not working right. Hey none of my business I suppose since I have no issues. Just something I feel strongly about. That said. I'm enjoying the game. A LOT. I'm struggling huge but still consider this game way above the last version which for me was totally unenjoyable. I have my gripes here and there but this version of the game has satisfied me and has me eager to play it. Been playing all morning and going in for more. More than I can say in 21 where I just played to get it over with. I do hope hb makes ball type lockable in society play. If so then thats all that is needed to make tgctours viable for competitive play. |
