So glad to have won something, the wooden spoon I've been grinding for all season. lol So stats eh? I had taken screenshots of my 2k21 stats the other day so may as well slap them in here too. My longest putt stat changed but hadn't updated when I took the screens. I went from 78.3 feet to 82.5 in a designer showcase course a few days ago. On with the stats. Original TGC Bought in 2014 on xbox *no hours to show* Wasn't happy with the performance bought a ps4 *no hours to show* Decided to build a gaming pc. Triple dipped. You are welcome HB. Oh double dipped for TGC2 Welcome again. No bling bag or next maker for me though. lol Hours below. Side note. I bought in 2014, heard about this place lurked around late fall and winter of 2014 but was afraid to sign up. Finally went for it in January of 2015Original TGC 1518 hours. A lot of rangering being done back in those days.TGC2 *Somewhere in here, not sure which version was out but must have started here I wound up in the hospital in 2017 for 10 months so my play time is low. I got discharged in Nov of that year right around the time 19 was released. I jumped right in no practice, was in Web (as it was called back then) and promptly slid down and was demoted to CC in record time. 184 hoursTGC 19 528 hours2K21 830 hoursNext most played game Destiny 2 1368 (Couple or so hundred hours before they went to Steam) Least most played. The Witcher. lol .9 hours. Bought, installed, ewww on the way it felt and controlled. Refunded. H aving a look at my game hour totals kind of surprised at some of them 217 on MSFS. 300 or so The Division 2 (was my 2'nd favorite game before I found Destiny)   Proximity to hole. This is why I suck   I may wind up uninstalling 2k21 today. Don't have a lot of free space on my SSD and golf always goes on it. Good riddance 2k21. Got to say it, my least favorite version of this game. |

I know we have three days left until the early release but was just looking at my hours spent across all the TGC games so far (courtesy of Steam): The Golf Club - 56.8 hrs-- bought it late just before 2 came out (2018) The Golf Club 2 - 136.1 hrs. --a little more interested (2018) The Golf Club 2019 featuring the PGA TOUR-- 1250.1 hrs--now we're talking PGA TOUR 2K21--- 3351.1 hrs -- I blame TBC (and insomnia and the pandemic) Looking forward to 2K23. Let's see what happens.  Farewell 2K21!!! Enjoy playing with all of you! Look forward to more of the same. Rather surprising for me :

The Golf Club 2019 featuring the PGA TOUR-- 1211 hrs
PGA TOUR 2K21--- 843 hrs (really, I would have think a lot more with my Brew Crew membership)
181 days, half a year. I don't think I let the game open without playing too many times. Would I have passed this time working my guitar, I'd be a little better now (bloody triplets!)

On with the recap. Day one and SURPRISE Palo takes the lead with -10. Most of the field bettered par, see it was not so hard eh?  Day two and you folks are really in the swing of things! Only one not playing at par or better (so close Pete!) and Charlie makes a move on our Fabulous Finn, closing the gap to one stroke. 18 of 21 under par halfway through, impressive.  Moving day a little tougher, still no scores way over par. Charlie surges to the top taking a one shot lead into the final round over Palo. The race for third is tight, with Leon, Doe, Ernie and Ross within 5 shots of each other. Wooden spoon looks to be a Peter and Paul affair (what no Mary?)  Day four was not Sunday Funday as the course and the pressure took its toll. Congrats to Palo who closed with a dazzling -10 to nip Charlie by one for the title. Leon took the bronze but Les closed with a strong final round to finish 4th. A bigger surprise and the other end of the table as Tim dashed into the scullery and grabbed to spoon o’ wood out of the grasps of Peter and Paul. Was a Shark like meltdown, tried to look away…  This puts a capper on TBC 2K21 style. Thanks all for playing. Remember to respond to Ben about your interest in TBC 2K23 (although most have done so to this point). Onward! You might be surprised Dave TGC 934hrs TGC 2 it’s not showing for some reason but it’s got to be between TGC & 2019 figures TGC2019 1,030 hrs didn’t really start designing until late in its cycle. TGC2K21 2,053 hrs My particular favourite was TGC2 because I played with a draw most of the time and knew roughly where my ball was going, kind of like playing the red fast in this games early history. 19 & 21 it could finish either side of the fairway no one knows but usually the side that has the water on hmmm 🧲 Edit: As for the course building I’m more of the Bish Bash Bosh type of designer I don’t mess about looking at a tree and deciding if it looks great I just plonk most of mine down. I may come back later after a few practice rounds if I decide it doesn’t look right and change it. I usually have a good vision in my head of what I want. |

Thank you for all you and the rest of the admins do for us in Brew Crew society without you people there would be no society. Echoing this sentiment. I don't say it enough as I tend to lurk more than anything and not a huge poster. Most my online time is spent in various rabbit holes (good 2 or 3 hours every morning catching up on Ukraine and reading twitter reports from various sources.) reading stuff and pop in here from time to time to give my eyes a rest So thanks to the admins for doing this, thanks for the guys who help out behind the scenes (hope to be one of them when the new season starts) Thanks to everyone who plays and embarrasses me on the leader boards. And thanks to TGC Tours for providing a place for us to gather and play. Would tag Doyley but I'm sure he gets enough messages and notification to make him want to lose his sh%$. |

TGC - 6.1 hours (did not like it while trying to like JNPG which was 685.7 hours)
TGC2 - 603.4 hours (this one grabbed me and stole me from JNPG)
TGC19 - 2025.5 hours (proving you can run a latex empire whilst playing mediocre pixel gawlf)
2K21 - 2055.1 hours (hope to tack on a few more minutes with some friends tonight)

since we all gonna be on2k23 heres my previos 2 versions as never played previously & didnt do TGC tours till 2k21
previously before golf club 2019 i spent 5 years playing wgt (world golf tour)(got too expensive to play)
& before that i was a pay to win world of tanks player(when i had money back in the day)
looking at my playtime on 2k21 youd have thought i was a designer lol
