It's coming down again now, i guess SwA knows what he's talking about, if it's 50 or so i will have to try again next week.
I make it harder for myself with the green grid off but it's good fun anyway.

Was nearly dead on the previous two week in my interpretation, but I was a little off on what happens when a CC tour has over 155 Participants. So the 12 tours are meant to have 155 in each for a total of (12*155) 1860 active players per week.
At this point the CC tours for the week show a total of 1856 Participants which would leave only 4 cards after any possible Pro cards. However... all non finishers (those that made the cut but do not complete R3 and R4) by the deadline for the event will add a CC card back into the mix. Currently, with ~20 hours to go for the event in week 6 there are 192 CC players who have made the cut but not finished. Finishing rates will determine how many of the 192 left to finish players will add on to the guaranteed CC cards and the Pro cards for the week.

Hey Stubby, me again, another question - now that the projected tour card line is visible following round 3 I can see that only 3 names sit above it. Does this mean there would be only 3 cards potentially awarded to these players to enter the challenge tour circuit or would these 3 potentially go to elite, kinetic etc? Not that I’m hopeful of qualifying this week as had a bit of a nightmare and still trying to used to master swing but if I need to shoot 20-30 under par then I’ve got a lot of improving to do if only to make it into the challenge circuit!! Already started playing practice rounds on next weeks qualifying course, this is addictive! Again, any info greatly appreciated. Don't look at that, cause it's clearly bugged. What is currently showing is possibly the cut-off point to qualify for the Pro Tours (Platinum, Elite, Kinetic), which should be based off the 20th best score on CC-A. The number of Challenge Circuit cards available is determined by how many people actually play each week in relation to an ideal field size of 155 (i.e. 1860 for the whole circuit). You can find the full explanation in this thread. Yes, very addictive. I’ve been practicing and getting ready for the next qualifying. I can’t believe I never played golf before. I’ve only been playing for 2-3 weeks and want to get in the Platnum Tour NOW! But baby steps first, I’ve ditched playing any other difficulties and just now play the Master settings with it set to our tournaments....I was in a pro am tourney in the societies and I don’t like pro settings anymore. My only real issue is putting with the perfect lag. I can get the break correctly but I tend to go through the break too much and have to putt even longer on the next shot which causes my score to increase.....I WS a little concerned at first with Master and was about to just go to the Beer League but I’m determined to forgive out the putting...

zooby, I was doing the same but made the following small tweaks. On downhill putts I pulled back 4-5 feet where as on uphill putts maybe just 1 foot from what I calculated I needed. It seems to have worked. Also, pay close attention the posted green speedss at the start of every round. It really makes a difference and you need to adjust for the different speeds. One other tip, play some practice holes on the weekly courses at different speeds to get a sense of how that course will play. good luck.

I never really looked at everything prior in my first two qualifying weeks. I just tee it up and start. Putting is where I really concentrate. I got the drives and approach shots finally dialed in. But in these tourneys putting will make or break you. If I’m having a blast and play in other society 2 round tourneys with Master settings at some nice courses to gain some experience. But I also practice the course that is next in qualifying. One question about practice rounds? Do you just type in the course name in the search in local matches or is there a practice tab in that particular society that I’m missing? But I do have the Acadia Club all plotted out in my head on where to hit some particular shots where in the other qualifiers I just started out without any homework.

Yup, I just search for it in local match and play through it there. There is no official practice round feature. Might be nice though.

You guys on PC? If so there are two guys who set up practice tournaments every week. Society settings are identical to the setting used here for the CC and up levels. 4 rounds with setups according to the weather report. You wont get the exact conditions that appear in the official event but you can get an idea of how well you can/will play in the real tournaments. I play two to 4 of these practice tournaments a week along with just local play rounds where I jack up the wind and green and fairway speeds. If on PC look for Masters Golf Society run by JoeOPand Black Label Society run by ABU_BearHope they don't mind me spamming their societies.

I see that the weeks ended, but I am not sure where I got placed yet. When does it show that, or how do I find out if it already has?

Doyley usually finalizes everything from the previous week on Sunday. So he will be working on it today and this evening and I bet you will find out soon.

Yeah, I was hoping to get into Kinetic but I probably don’t deserve it after r3 and r4.

Quick question?
If you make qualifying on the Acadia course do you wait for the following tournament or play the Acadia Course in this weeks tourney?

you will always play in the next event/location Zooby. The only thing that would change is if you are good enough to move up to the Kinetic/Elite/Platinum tours in which case you would have to play in those societies.

Quick question, if you don't complete a tournament in a CC division one week are you automatically kicked out of it and back to Q School? Just asking because I noticed that is (from what I understand) what determined how many people get a card. I thought I had no shot sitting at +10 in Q School and all of a sudden I got an email welcoming me to CC-L. Couldn't be happier to get a card my first try after a few weeks of Beer League. Thanks
