9:15am ET Tuesday Update 84 Players have started the tournament 70 Players have completed round 2 67 Players yet to tee off (based on 151 currently being on Kinetic Tour)
Average Round 1 score = 68.7 Average Round 2 score = 66.4
Looks like the high winds are wrecking havoc in round 1 as it is playing more than 2 stroked harder than round 2. Still a lot of players yet to tee off. The "very early" projected Cut Line has -9 and better making it to the weekend. This is just an estimate calculated by using average scores for anyone that hasn't teed off. It does not take in to account the fact that some players will never start the tournament.

I enjoy these summaries man, thanks for doing them!
I was wondering why the tour has so many players still to tee off this week... any thoughts from the tour players here?
(I'm one of them, but I'm playing today at 4:00pm ET on stream)

I play my rounds when I’m in the mood for it......or when the Mrs isn’t streaming tv. About to play my initial rounds, guess I better check to see if the new patch has changed putting or tempo again.

Gotta admit I do like seeing the second round scores posted before getting into it but I'm still trying to figure out a sort of "schedule" if you will as to when I will be playing my rounds.

Slow out the gate once again with an E, swing was all over the place. 43% FIR, 39% GIR 2nd round -9 including an E at the 3rd par 5 when a slow tee shot bounced me off the bank into the water. Had a 17 foot birdie putt at 18 and left it 2 feet short. -9 might still make it though. 78% GIR in that round, not sure what I did differently but was getting more perfects and straight shots. Next week I'll have to play a random 18 holes before starting to get the crap swings out of the way.
Good luck those still to start.

AAAARRGH! I was -4 after four holes, -5 for the round. Five birdies, 2 bogeys, and a double at #18 on the back nine. I can't even blame the wind, the course, no one but myself. So sad . p.s. I did not notice anything different with the game-play from the PC update; maybe the white perfect a scosh wider?

Might sneak in after all then.I really thought -9 was a goner.Had a good third round too so i'm glad i played on now.Loving the stats.

One terrible round after another. Couldn't hit a fairway to save my life and missed putts that I had no business missing. Literally only hit one fairway in the second round but still managed to find just over half the greens and grinded it out to srounge up a -4. No one to blame but myself for this one.
-2 and -4 bring me to -6 and maybe some how scraping past the cut but I wont be holding my breath. Ready to move on to the next week.

10:15am ET Wednesday Update 111 Players have started the tournament 104 Players have completed round 2 40 Players yet to tee off (based on 151 currently being on Kinetic Tour)
Average Round 1 score = 68.6 Average Round 2 score = 66.7 Projected Cut Line still at -9 and better making it to the weekend. Calculated by using average scores for anyone that hasn't teed off. It does not take in to account the fact that some players will never start the tournament. -8 may have a shot since there are only 4 folks at -8 and currently sitting in 54th place. I think it's safe to say -7 will not make it. -7 is currently in 58th with 40 people yet to tee off and a few folks within distance that haven't played round 2 yet.
Yours truly is sitting in 25th at -13 through 2 rounds which should lock up another made cut (3 for 3). If anything, I was consistent this week. My 4 scores were: 65-66-66-66 for a total of -25. Hopefully another top 30

Figured I'd made the cut so finished up my last 2 rounds with an uninspiring -6 and -3 for a -18 total. Always enjoyable missing a couple of 6 foot par putts and then follow that up with a 37 foot birdie.
See what next week brings, hopefully I can improve on my R1 and R4 scores which haven't been that great.

Played horrible and will miss my first cut at minus 1. Could not hit the fairway and shot many out of the bushes and heavy rough. Good luck to the top 65.

I played yesterday afternoon as scheduled and I am convinced that there was another tweak in the patch from HB because my game didn't feel anything like it has for the past couple weeks. Maybe that's in my head, but I was +4 through the first 23 holes of the event. Yea, that pretty much spelled the end of my week, and my first missed cut of the season. I played the final 13 holes just trying to mitigate the damage and avoid a demo mark. Great course selection though, I honestly appreciated the challenge of the course setup. If anything, I was bummed I couldn't stream another 2 rounds of it for Celtic Wolf, but I didn't play R3 and R4 since I knew I was out. Good luck to those still in it this week, I'll see you at next week's event!

I haven't had such a poor putting round in a while, and that plus one fatal wet very fast resulting in a triple at #17 left me at -8 and pretty sure to miss the cut. The course and conditions were there for the taking but I did not take any advantage. Oh well such is life.

Gotta say guys love the golf course, design just seems to be one of those I can work. Happy with provisional first after 3 rounds. Gotta sneaky feeling about Alberto Frigo coming in and posting some worldy scores though.
Don't think I could have played much better than I did. Just one of those near perfect rounds besides 2 or 3 shots over 72 holes.
Lets see how it finishes
