It's the fasts, people have those figured out. Also haptic feedback on putting. The FASTS? What is that? You don't want to know, it's like finding out Santa isn't real. The magic is gone....

I watch respawn shank on purpose and it pisses me off Might as well put putt preview on Some how the game designers need to create another difficulty level to where this FASTS technique is somewhat roadblocked. They can take the aids off on certain levels, why not take the full slice down to very minimum just to get around trees that are barely in the way of your shot. But these shots that go so far right and then back to the hole within 10 feet is ridiculous and not real golf....I realize this is a video game and I still love it but something needs to done to make it more real......Did Tiger Woods slice every approach shot to within 10 feet of the hole? I’m not saying you can’t slice but the level of slice should be capped with the TGC Tours..... But the full slices should be stopped to get these scores back to 60-62 for a good round. I know these players are good but 1 putting on every single hole tells me they are very close to the hole as well. I know players are good and probably a lot use the perfect method and you slice around a tree when needed. I’m still leaning this game. But that FASTS video was very telling.....

What do you consider very close?? Well the video I saw with that particular FASTS approach shot had the ball within 10-15ft. When you consistently hit the ball within 10-15 ft from the hole the chances of 1 putts increase. I’m not saying every shot is within 10ft. And I’m not saying these players are not good putters because obviously they are because of all of the 1 putts. Personally I don’t care about how they get the ball into the hole....I never started the argument or are irritated by it. Heck, even the player who made the video said that type of shot is scary good and thinks so eth8 g should slow it down.

when you have the controller vibration and the math reading the color of the lines 1 putts are easy from 20+ feet anything closer is normally a gimmee.
And I'm only irritated at purposely aiming 30 yards off the fairway and flailing at the ball with a SUPER FAST with a 100% BIG draw .

I think he was saying HE 'relaxed' his attention to tempo with the wider error zone it provides, where human micro-misses with the thumb don't translate to twenty yards right or left in-game. Or not. As satisfying as playing Pro and shooting subpar is, it can muck with MY already-shaky CC results if I'm not careful.
Oh, and y'all would hate me IRL, as I do a constant slice from the tee and compensate by aiming some 30 yards left. Occasionally I lace one straight and that sure sucks. Better players have told me what I'm doing wrong, but I tell them "no thanks, at least I can do it wrong CONSISTENTLY".

There HAS to be a way to cheat. I was born at night but not last night. I go from shooting -14 on average on TGC 2019 using master clubs to not even being able to break par on 2k 21??? And I see guys shooting -18 on master? Nope. Something is up. The game has been mainstreamed.. “call of dutied”.. people are making money from just playing the game so it sends everyone into hyperdrive, draws people it normally wouldn’t have, and increased traffic + cracked out = us normal guys “think” we suck. In reality there are thousands upon thousands of people who play this game and only about 10-20 that really benefit. I’ve played through the game and my favorite part is still online matches. It’s fun to be able to talk to people you are playing. (Assuming they talk back)

My tinfoil hat theory: in this day and age of 3D printing, it wouldn't surprise me if there are some people out there that have manufactured a modification for their controllers. Something that can be applied and "removes" the x-axis for a consistently straight swing plane. Just snap it over the controller and now you can only move the stick straight up and down. Because once you know the math of this game and can swing a perfectly straight line, all you need to do is play the fast tempo and you will be able to set yourself up for easier putts more consistently.

That's good to hear. Sorry I am new to the community so I don't know all of the ins and outs. I have been kicking around getting the game on a TGCT compatible platform, but I am not even ready to compete in the beer league. I play on Stadia.

The ignorance on the topic of “fasts” is purely astounding
