Well, I'm going to pick up a demotion mark but I've staved off the double I think, and I did enjoy the round. Damage was already done. Second round 69, which included this... Big thanks to c6vette2010 for his advice on my bag. I'm already a lot happier and looking forward to next week

Golf shot! Well done Jamie.
Round two was FIR% down but GIR% up. Had a -8 so no complaints. Getting used to the course and birdied all the 5 pars which is a big goal for me each round. Missed fairway on 14 and then a bad decision to not lay up short of the wooden walled bunker cost a shot. On to the weekend.

Made enough birdies to compete. Also made enough others to miss the cut and probably pick up a demo mark. +2 through 2 so see you next week. After these rounds figured I would switch it up and go over to play in Crazycanucks society event, and what are we playing...Broken Lockett. Needless to say I am good on AF courses for a bit LOL.

The second hold gave me two doubles in the first two rounds. I managed to shoot -7 and make the cut despite struggling off the tee. Time to play aggressive in the last two rounds to see if I can get a promo mark.

Currently sat at 22- after 3 rounds. Shot 7- in high winds on final round to finish at 29-. What an amazing and realistic looking course. So much work must’ve gone into it, massive respect to the creator.
Good luck everyone. My next tourney should be on ps5....

Nine birds in round three. No negatives. Sitting way too high on the leaderboard for a ham and egger. Expect the worst in the winds of the fourth. Ghosted the leader for sh*ts and grins. Awesome recovery skills , short game, and putting because that lad’s boomer stick couldn’t hit a fairway if it’s life depended on it. Living on the razors edge, fun to watch “turn based” anyway. My ticker wouldn’t take it mate. Lol.
screwed up the fourth round. On to next .week.

Missed my first promo mark by a few shots but I finally accomplished a personal goal of beating honeybadger64 for Low McMillan in the cube. He’s nipped me the past few weeks but I finally ran him down.

I made the cut and got a demo mark off, but that was my only success this week.

Week 1 & 2, miss cuts. 2 demotion marks total. Week 3 & 4, make the cuts. Both denotion marks are gone. Week 5 & 6, miss cuts again. Receive demotion mark for each missed cut. Total of 2. This week shoot well, and make cut. But instead of showing 2 demotion marks, I now have 4. Now , by making cut this week, I have a promotion mark to the sides of my scores. Why the extra 2 demotion marks? Can someone help?

Demotion marks are only handed out to the bottom 15% of the field currently, with the bottom 7.5% getting a double strike. Looking at your results you didn't actually get any strike in week one but you got a double in week two. You then cleared both by making the next two cuts, but in the last two have picked up a double strike in both weeks. You'll clear one this week (well done 👍) and if you were to get in the top 15% you'd clear another.

Missed my first promo mark by a few shots but I finally accomplished a personal goal of beating honeybadger64 for Low McMillan in the cube. He’s nipped me the past few weeks but I finally ran him down. There was a little added incentive as I teed it up at Recreationale Rouge. Honey Badgers are nothing if not resilient. Nothing like a bit of friendly rivalry to bring the best out of oneself. A clean round with ten birds and an eagle for starters, over to you you mctrees02.

Scores needed to make the cut in C Cubed so far this season: -3, -4, -4, -9, -2, -5, -3 Cardinal Pines was the low one, but still we haven't had any cutlines in double digits. Is this the week? Looks like it might be close from the early scoring.. Hell of a round from the guy at the top! No hole outs, longest putt 18 feet and an eagle eagle finish! Nice work

After opening with 5 birdies, I was a bit distracted (thanks 15eicheltower9) and played 6-10 in 2 over par before getting everything rolling at the end including a 40’ bomb for eagle on the last. Only a 63 so I’ve got my work cut out to catch up to you now.
