I actually do feel your pain. I bought a new controller for the last game and it's taken me until now to be able to putt straight with it!

The 2 week Qualifier is just to balance the tours following release of a new game - same was the case back in Season 5 when 2019 first came out. The weekly Q school will be the course played on the Challenge Circuit and will just be the 4 rounds - 1 week.. If you're in Beer League - you can opt back out of it and enter a Q school - can't be in both at the same time.. Thank you for the reply. Very helpful. One more questions - how do I opt out of the Beer League when I do decide to do so. I don't see the check box for the Beer League on my profile page. Was there when I entered the Beer League but it's not showing now. Thanks again for the help. Since registrations are currently closed, you'd likely have to wait until the season starts if you want to opt out the Beer League and register for weekly Q-School the first week (or whichever week you decide)..

Well after my +6 first round of week 2 I went -3 +2 -4 for a +1 total and -16 for q-school ... No idea where I'll end up with that but it should be a card at least! 😂😂

-3 at Whiskey +10 at Evangelist. Must be losing at least 6 strokes per round on the greens. I can putt and score better on TST.
I'll see some of you in mid CC purgatory.

Hacked it about for 3 and a bit rounds and was possibly still on course for Platinum despite some very shoddy play, mostly brought about by the fact i just didn't care. Doesn't seem fair to potentially take a card when someone else values it more so don't think i'll be finishing or playing this season.
This game is just too much like work. Takes me forever to play a competitive round properly and i can't compete playing quickly, and i don't enjoy playing the game full stop if i am honest.
Particularly if i had qualified for Platinum, I've been medium-playering on the PGA for the best part of 2 years and just don't have the stomach for more of it.
Wishing everyone the best of luck

My controller took a dump over the weekend, so I'm playing rounds 5-8 with a new one. It's better actually. I was very nervous.

+85 for all 8 rounds, it hurts being so bad. Ugh, I don't think I'll ever make it into a tour. 8.4.3

Man, I loathe this putting mechanism. Beyond frustrating.
71 68 73 74 - started double, double, bogey to be +5 after 3. I managed 8 straight pars (12 total), 2 birdies and a bogey the rest of the way to finish +4 for the round. Very pleased with the result as the round could have easily gotten away from me.
+6 for at Evangelist.
+3 for Q-school, which currently putts (pun intended) me in CC-E.

Ugh, I don't think I'll ever make it into a tour. 8.4.3 This is my third controller since I started the game the first one got wet and then I switch to another one and it was actually much better so I thought if I buy a new one it'll be even better didn't turn out that way. Completely changed my shots so now I have to relearn where to aim

My geography teacher once wrote in my school report "Jamie is so laid back he's almost horizontal." Well Mr Tomlinson, I'll have you know that life skill was very useful this evening. Shows what he knew. Going in to the final round at -6 for Q-School, just wanted to finish under par really. Wind against on nearly every long hole + hit and miss tempo + the already talked about trouble on this course + some nasty pins = Problems (I was always better at maths). Dropped 3 shots early but steadied the ship with some clutch par putts and a nice birdie at 9, +2 at the turn. Gave it straight back at 10 and then the course finally gave me a proper kick, a water ball and a triple at 11 and I'm Even for the whole thing. Rallied again with birdies at 12 and (amazingly) 14, lost both at 15 and 16, so in the end I reach 18 at +6 for the round but still Even for Q-School. Oh look, another 500 yard par 4 into a strong breeze! Tee shot was ok but I needed driver to hit the green. Played 3 from the same spot and walked off with a snowman. 80 for the round, +13 for the week, +4 for Q-School. To be honest the round that most annoyed me was the 3rd when I was cruising at -5 and blew up on the last 4 holes. Overall, I suppose I can't complain. I only hit my first under par round anywhere the week before Q-School and I was genuinely worried I wouldn't get a card. I loved the event, I loved Whiskey Dunes last week, I loved the design of Evangelist but didn't like elements of how it played. But, all part of the rich tapestry of what keeps this game and these tours so much fun. I can't imagine not playing here and being part of this great community. See you in CC-something
