Well ladies and gents, sitting at a paltry ranked T2556 after 3 rounds showing. It will get worse once round 4 is posted. Been practicing on the Evangelist and honestly there is no way in hell that I can shoot the targeted goal of +10 per round and that would not help in the long run anyways. So a reassessment dictates that I leave the qualifier and go down to the Beer League to work on my skills or lone wolf it and set up targeted courses. Yes, my game has improved since the launch of 2K21, but not at the rate that I had hoped for. Not discouraged, but being pragmatic. I'll be cheering everyone on the rest of the way. I'm not put off by the great scores being shot, but inspired. Keep going man, post a score! You may be right, but you may regret not finishing up and then finding out the score to get a tour card wasn't that far out of reach after all. And if not, so be it, not the end of the world. If you keep improving as you have been you'll get there through one of the weekly qualifiers sooner or later. Good luck! Jaime, you are always a pleasure to read! No, I'll drop out of the qualifier and work on my game. It's something that I need to do. I'll eventually do one of the qualifiers down the road. I personally need to shoot consistently around even par and I need to do some work to achieve that goal. Keep in mind I've always had a set philosophy regarding this game: 1. It's only a game, nothing more, nothing less. 2. Take the game at face value: it equally taketh away and giveth away. 3. Look to those who are accomplished and learn why they are so. 4. Take responsibility for your own play: do not blame game mechanics, or HB, or any other forms of conspiracy/magical thinking. I'll still be around the forums, but I will be back once everything is sorted out.

Are people not seeing the circled in pic above? Or just not reading it - don't know if it needs to be fixed or not.
LOL, I literally never noticed that until you pointed it out - I was just focused on looking at the conditions... Thanks Doyley !

Hey Doyley, just to be clear.. how do we determine the pins we are playing? I think we need it in large, red letters, notarized by Tim, Doyley and Jeff, in triplicate, underlined, boldfaced but not italics. I hate those.

Played a practice round on Evangelist just now. Never played it before, cool course. The par 3 8th might be one not for the fainthearted especially if there's a headwind. The pin was tucked back right and was almost 300 yards on my round. Escape with a par if possible and run to the 9th tee will be my tactic.

Go easy on me as I need someone down below me to tell me how deep is the well! I can sense it but afraid to look further down Shoot well and best wishes!

Definitely going to be an interesting week

Second sent me back to reality.
3 bogies, a double, 7 birdies, 2 eagles.
Putted horribly.
Just didn't execute much of anything.
Bogey on a 5 par is laughable, but I'm known for it!
Sitting at -19 thru 2!
😊😊

I've shot anywhere from 64 to 85. Definitely going to be an interesting week I'm right there with you. I'm at -2 through four rounds at Whiskey Dunes but I can't seem to put two good nines together at Evangelist. I could end up anywhere from -15 to +15 after the next four rounds. Feels like real golf where once I make a bad swing, I feel like I've completely lost it for the round and there's no way I can make another birdie. Then I stick one close and I get the feeling of "oh this is easy, I'll birdie the next couple holes too"
