I tried to play your course tonight, all was going well until I got to the ninth green. Once there the soldiers in the fort though I was invading and opened fire with the cannon. I escaped but there might be damage to the green. I did record two holes of game play before I was attacked which you can watch below. Very nice course up till then.

I was told by the guards that they caught you going round without paying your green fees to the man in the hut at the first tee hence the shots.

Nice course you have there Dave, tough in places and it presents a good challenge throughout. You must've spent a lot of time and meter creating the fort as it looks great.

Very fun round. I agree with the comments about difficulty. I scored really well for my normal rounds. I will touch on my highlights for this course. Hole 4... I see rocks. It's no secret this is my top feature of courses I enjoy seeing. I really like the way you mixed flowers into the bushy areas. The pop of color really worked. That also is my only suggestion for future releases is to include more of those areas. As far as my other favorite spots are concerned, the retaining walls on 12, 15, 16, and 17 were very well done. 17 was my overall favorite hole. Overall, well done!
Oh yeah, the fort was cool too! Playing around and into it was a nice touch.

Wondering if those that have played it if they have noticed some options off the tee on some holes?
Thanks for your comments so far.

You can't be referring to options like shown in this video because I definitely didn't see any of those.

For those that are interested the fort designed is based on a real fort about 8 miles from where I live. It is well worth a visit if you are ever in this area. Fort George

Just when you think you’ve seen it all on TGC, someone spends what must have taken forever making a stunning Fort. Great work Dave and a lovely course to go with it, felt very real. Particularly liked the 16th, the heathery planting throughout and the now trademark retaining walls.

After a few weeks extra work converting the old parade ground into a challenging putting green plus with the help of the keen greenkeepers' eye of Victor Lane ( VctryLnSprts) The Greens of The Fort has been published for your enjoyment. An 18 hole 2 pin set putting green inside the walls of Fort Bovakia that promises as much as a challenge as Ernie Arena was which was produced by the said Victor Lane.
