I've been playing the pro societies last week for fun. I enjoyed the PGA and kf courses last week but not the euro one.
I think I'll stick with playing the kf tour as a means to help me improve

I decided to warm up by playing my 1st round on KF tour where I have been struggling big time, I still haven't made the cut in the big boys tour.
I managed a first round score of -9 with 10 birdies, 7 pars and a bogey.
Is that -9 for our rounds or just how you did on KF Leon?

Despite having a very frustrating first dozen holes, -1 after 12 and posting a poor score I really like this course (so far 😉) on another day I could've had a very good score but there you go, over to you Andrew, do your best mate 👍
Round One, -6

Rounds 3 and 4 in the bag for the week, really enjoyed the course. Sneaky trees that I presumed were eye candy started getting in the way as the week went on. Standing on the 5th tee level par, then played the best 14 holes of my life to finish -14. Round 4 seemed to have more sloping greens around the pins, I struggled to -10. Good luck everyone

well this week has started off a lot better than last.
two bogey free -9s to in r1 and 2
probably could have been a few shots better if a couple of putts dropped, but im happy with that start.

I am going to make this quick. I parred three of the four par fives, parred the driveable #18 handicap hole, missed innumerable putts by a hair, and had one bogey for a -5 on Round one
I am not enjoying this game very much anymore, and am a horrible drag on my team mates, for which I apologize. It not as if I am not trying, I just haven't got enough skill. I doubt I will feel like doing anymore entertaining recaps of my scores for a while.

Round 2 -5
Hello darkness my old friend...
Yep the front 9 was a slog of my own making with some slow swings and near miss putts contributing to two birdies and a bogey. Back to back birdies on the 10th and 11th gave me some hope and a trio of birdies on 14-16 had me at 6 under with two to play. A short birdie putt on the 17th trickled by, then my only fast swing of the round on the approach shot on the 18th sent my ball in for a dip and ensured another bogey on the 18th.
I know I can score better, I just need put it into action.

I’ve been there, Mike - several weeks of nothing but disaster. But this too shall pass, as it has for me and many more of us here. Keep at it, man, and things will get better. Set it aside until the next event. In the meantime, I’ll be sure to give you the special treatment in my weekly roundups!

Rd 2 +6
Said I needed to do better, not worse. Nothing seemed to go well, couldn't get the swing right. Lots & lots of perfect/slow a few slow/slow, a couple of fast/ slow along with some 95% power, and you end up with a crap score. Things were just as bad for the 2nd rd of the Am tournament ,so I gave up for the night. Looks like more Blobs & demo marks coming this week.

Keep at it chaps, it wasn't that long ago that i couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo or sink even the shortest putt, and it still happens now (looking like a demo mark this week on KF) but keep at it or make a little change (i changed my putter) and the worm will turn

Round 1
-4
I don’t know what is going on...... I haven’t been able to putt for almost 3 weeks now. I’ve been practicing a little the master clubs ( not good enough to use in competition in any way or form). Think it is affecting my play overall... I have no ideas what to do..... I’m sorry mates. I’m trying....

Round 2 was a tale of two halves.
First off, this was as pure a ball-striking round as I have ever played. Not one tempo off the entire round and not one shot out of the cone. As someone whose strength is iron play, this was as good as it gets. Nevertheless...
Front 9, I literally couldn't get a putt to drop no matter what. Only made 3 birdies on the front and I believe all were inside 5 feet, two of them I think were 2 or 3 footers. Outside of that, nada. Made 2 bogeys on 1 and 4 and was sitting at +1 on the 6th tee, in disbelief. Made two birdies in the last 3 to thankfully turn at -1.
Back 9 was a whole different beast. All of a sudden, my pinpoint approaches were finding good spots (or the pins were just better placed for my clubs) and I was looking at 5 foot birdie putts over and over. Only par on the back 9 came on 17 when a fringe putt going right at the flag stopped on the lip. Offset that with an ace on 12 and birdied everything else to come in in 27.
R2 : -10 (61)
