Finally. After nearly 8 months and well over 200 hours, I have published Austin Country Club (L). I hope everyone enjoys playing it as much as I enjoyed creating it. It's a fantastic Pete Dye design that hosts the Dell Match Play on the PGA Tour. Here are some pics. Hole 1 Hole 2 Hole 3 Hole 4 Hole 5 Hole 6 Hole 7 Hole 8 Hole 9 Hole 10 Hole 11 Hole 12 Hole 13 Hole 14 Hole 15 Hole 16 Hole 17 Hole 18 It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but I tried to capture the look and feel of this course as much as possible.

Really though, thank you for your efforts on this. I’ve been following this one in the WIP threads for a long time and I am super excited to fire it up. Here’s hoping my xbox doesn’t crash. Ps... this is the type of effort it takes to pull off a proper LIDAR course. Well done going the extra mile to nail down all the detail work and not just plopping down the terrain and calling it good in 24 hours of work. For example, your 17...
The real 17... incredible work man.

Hell yes! So pumped to play this later tonight. Dare I say there’s a a new, proper King sitting on the LIDAR throne?

Thanks Wes, I really appreciate the positive feedback. I really wanted to do the best job I could with this wonderful course. I'm really glad I took on this project.

I learned a lot about the designer (and some of its limitations). I've had 2 great courses to learn on with this one and Colonial. Before long I'm going to start on TPC Craig Ranch.Looking forward to applying some of the skills I learned here, but it's nowhere near as spectacular as Austin.

Seriously loved the work and dedication you put into this. I haven’t even played yet and I know it’s going to be great.

Dude every course you have done is just absolutely beautiful I wish there was a way we could do some collabs but with me being on PlayStation it’s not possible keep it up doing great work. This is one of the best lidars I’ve seen

This is amazing. Very well done. While I was playing I was comparing pictures from the pga site and you did an awesome job. Hole 4, wow.
Will play this many more times.

Maybe you should tag Rockmandan in the thread see what he makes of it knowing his absolute dislike of Lidar.

This is a phenomenal publish! I really enjoyed the amount of detail you put into this, and it is obvious you spent a lot of time making it accurate and aesthetically appealing. Well done! Favorited.
