Still the only course in the game I’ve 5-putted twice in the same round. I’ll even including the troll course I played where the 18th green was an anthill

Never any hate on Black Salt, you know what you’re getting with it haha Glad to hear that, taking a risk scheduling it but I think the US Open allows for some extra hard settings that some plat players have been clamoring for, plus this version allows for certain winds without becoming unfair. Hope you'll like the setup in a week and a half! |

Hope you'll like the setup in a week and a half! It’s one of my favourite courses, should be a hoot! And also a course that needs to be at 187 I think. Hopefully there aren’t too much complaints haha |

This thing is a beast!
The only time I wasn't concentrating on where my ball was when I was drying it getting it out of pond after a slow drive down 17.
Managed to stay in play and did OK for 17 holes with the exception of the 17th where I took a chance and walked off with a double.
Fantastic routing, great risk/reward (which usually doesn't pan out), great planting, lighting and a sense of occasion when on course.

Wow, still frightening and I watched with fascination as my ball wandered seemingly meaninglessly around the greens. I'd then look up and see a flag waaayyy off in the distance!
It might be a new 17th but I still managed to 3 putt bogey it!
Made up for it on 18 with a clutch birdie putt.
Going to give it a go off other pins and tees to see the other combinations. A lot of fun...
