Hey guys. This is my second course I've assembled. Initially I had tried using the Delta theme, however I wasn't satisfied with the planting options and the look look of the transitions between the heavy rough and the natural heavy rough dry areas. After fiddling around I settled on a Swiss theme. The colors and available plants just seem to be right, and the skybox is almost cheating.
I don't know how many hours I've put in, honestly too many.
Specifically, I'm looking for feedback on the greens. My last course, the biggest piece of feedback was making the greens more playable. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the layout of the course in general. I'm not sure about number 14 though, if you have any suggestions let me know. I'm not afraid to put any hole on the chopping block at this point.
All that said, I'm pretty proud how it all turned out. There's still a few details here and there I'll flesh out, but let me know what you think. If there's anything specific you want to change let me know, I didn't fiddle with the green or fairway speeds. If it feels like any of the settings need to adjusted don't hesitate point it out.
You can find it using the name: Tolarian Greens.
Cheers!
Number three is a short par three downhill. Make sure you know what the right club is to use, given the elevation change.
The seventh presents you with a choice. You can drive it to a narrow landing area leaving you with a short pitch to the green, or you can club down and into a more inviting landing area.
The fifteenth is one of the handful holes on the course where the smarter move might be to keep the driver in the back, however a skilled drive will leave you with an easy pitch into the green.
