Another double demotion mark for me, down to Web. Then down to CC 3 tournaments later. Just can't play the game anymore since I broke the controller I used when back on PGA. Now I get about 30% perfect downswings and crazy crooked lines where I can't even hit a 5 foot putt straight. I really think I should order about 50 controllers off Amazon and find one that works and send the other 49 back Get the red one from Best Buy.

As a Christmas treat to myself, I thought I'd play the first two rounds (I'll be playing 3 and 4 later). From a designer's perspective, I think toddfather has done a brilliant job setting up the course. 187s in round 2 definitely made a couple of pins treacherous (6 and 12 come to mind for sure - although you can get away with a bad shot if you don't at the hole with your birdie attempt or chip back on and accept a 5 footer for par - the run off on the right of 13 plays dangerously big with that speed and you really have to think through your tee shot on 18 to leave yourself an approach that will allow you to get close). But, I loved that pushing the greens to max was mitigated with manageable winds in a direction that still allows you to score on pretty much every hole and take the shortcuts. One of the main design features of the course was to tempt you into hitting a fast/fast to reach preferable areas - if you can do that repeatedly, you should give yourself decent shots in. I certainly didn't find any of the winds took that out of play on any of the holes, which would be really easy to do with this course, so props to Curtis for the setup so far. I don't actually play on any of the tours as I don't really enjoy playing the game competitively - that said, I'd struggle to make CC-B. I shot -4 in R1 (8 birdies, 2 bogeys and a double on 12) and -2 in R2 (SO many pars. I am crap at putting...) and loved the challenge, but I am biased). Also, I'm afraid I totally missed the point with 12... Anyway, Merry Christmas all and hope the next two rounds are as fun!

Started with a nice bogey free -10 which wasn’t completely appreciated until going through the last 3 rounds. The crazy greens and winds finally caught up to me and punished me properly. Shot -6, -7, and -5 to finish at -28. At least made the cut and thought I was in contention for my first top 10 but a bad double where a 10 ft putt turned into a 20 foot chip coming back...that pretty much ended me on the front 9 in Rd 4

Just finished up. I actually played two good rounds in a row, but some questionable putting rd 3 and some unlucky breaks I finished the last two rounds with 21 birdies! That was the good news👍 The bad news is I had 7 bogeys 😳
In the end a likely mid table finish after squeaking in to the weekend at -11. Total -25

-32 is sitting at 7th place right now....here comes the fun of watching the leaderboard all day to see if it stays in the top ten. Only three strokes off the lead, this course really did beat everyone up. I enjoyed the challenge and hope everyone else did.
Side note, bummer to see the Euro Tours numbers and chat fall back off after only one week with the promotion event boost, hopefully it’s just because of the holiday....

I might have been a bit too harsh on you guys this week. My apologies. I play here too and that was a bit much at times. That being said, Darryl, minus a swing coach who was fired last week is the early PC leader with -35. Was a grind though, good luck out there Sitting tied at the top of the leaderboard, nice week!

Thank you! Looks like I'll lose in the playoff. I can blame 4 bogeys and a double over the course of this week. I'm not upset with clearing a demotion mark though.
