I know this is a long shot since its so far removed, but where did you find the additional lidar data? I am having the issue where I have a huge rise in elevation on one side of my data and I'm looking to see what you did to correct it. I am pulling my data from USGS.
I haven't checked your course out yet, but I just enjoy recreating my local courses.
Any help is much appreciated.

If you are working on the Coronado Municipal Golf Course, you need to use the following four las files and process with EPSG 2875 : USGS_LPC_CA_SanDiegoQL2_2014_275825 USGS_LPC_CA_SanDiegoQL2_2014_275830 USGS_LPC_CA_SanDiegoQL2_2014_280825 USGS_LPC_CA_SanDiegoQL2_2014_280830 You aren't talking about the elevation rise where the Coronado bridge meets the land just North of the 3rd hole putting green are you?
