This event is now a perfect example of rules only being observed when it’s convenient, so we now have a settings fiddling PC player representing XB. Ban me. I couldn’t care less. 1. You didn't listen and brought up Ron again 2. OK - unfortunately that was your last chance so this time it's permanent

I'd like to thank the admins for taking care of this issue and big thanks in particular for staypuft39 for offering me a position, SweetTeeBag for agreeing to allow me to play when another XB1 couldn't be found from the top tour that was eligible and Doyley for working through all this and putting together this amazing tournament.
I wanted only to state that I was 16th on the standings for the International team. It looks like 2 of the 8 players who automatically got in decided not to play or couldn't play and one of the Captain's picks, Duke who was 15th in the same standings never responded to emails. So in the end I was asked to come play. I didn't know about any of these issues prior to receiving the message asking me if I could step in and made no effort to try to influence any decision of any person who was making decisions. Hell I didn't even know that Duke might not be in until after I got a message asking to play. I accepted, and I accepted because my name was on the standings page Doyley had posted of people who would potentially be considered to play. I accepted because I thought it would be fun and it was humbled and honoured to be given the chance.
I guess I didn't want people who didn't want to have to read through all the previous threads to realize that it was a very strange turn of events that led to my invitation, but I wasn't some person they just picked at random and that was no where close in earned points. I was a person who had earned enough points to be on the list Captains could chose from and the slot after Duke.
Thanks also to those that supported me. I played my first round today and depending how my partner shot, either we are going to win by 1 or lose by a couple. I think it will be close or at least that is what I'm hoping. I'm up next against B.Smooth13 , which I'm like 2-10 against. 
Bottom line I never expected to be picked because this is an event that most of the time, people don't turn down the opportunity. I am humbled and honoured beyond belief and thank everyone who had a role in eventually landing on my name. I hope to bring at least a halve to my wonderful international team!

yea, mountain out of a molehill - thanks for jumping in Ron. Glad it's a close event - last Presidents cup was over before the singles matches!
